Beware this place - fraud , price gauging and on top of that when we told him we we calling the police the owner threatened to tell the police the car was messed up because the driver was drunk when it occurred ( false crime statement ) Beware of this place if you are going to do business with them or not using insurance. We brought our car late night with a towing company. Once the shop was open we received a call that the estimate was a high amount. Unfortunately we did not have comprehensive insurance at that time.We disagreed to the estimate and the owner offered to buy our car for the estimated cost to fix. When we refused he also suggested we acquire new insurance and make a new claim with them (insurance fraud much). Our tow truck arrive 10 minutes past the window we told them they would arrive for pickup . The owner refused to give us our car keys so that the tow truck could pick up because he was 10 minutes late past the time they said they would wait. I understand the frustration but we had paid $170 to have it released ( no other charges to pay where mentioned at this point ) The owner said he was giving us a break for waiting and we understood that but is was out of our control that the tow truck arrive late. Come the next day the owner sends us a text message with additional 1500 worth of billing ( the charges he has said he was giving a break not to charge but not mentioned before ) . They would not relinquish the car without us paying the amount. They had said the charges to car storage are posted in their office and the customer should know what they are being charged. They did not give us a bill of proposed charges until we got there to get our car out . Items as below - again we did not know if this the night before. 300 -overnight storage - roughly 150 more than average in that area. Again this was after they refused to give us the car 170- outside storage fee - which we initially paid to get the car out. 400- forklift fee- they said had to borrow neighbors forklift to move the car from outside to inside after they refused to hand over the key. 280- pull out fee again to move the car in addition to the $400 250- processing fee - when asked what this was the worker said because he had to deal with this exchange we where having ( so an expected exchange about charges cost us $250) We paid the amount ( cash as they they said their machine was broken to accept debit and refused personal check ) and the owner still continued to attempt to convince my father to have it fixed there . His excuse for the charges is " we are all having hard time and this is a business " Look elsewhere. We paid 1500 to have our car stored one night . Insane

Good service and was easy to communicate with them on what i needed done. They got my car back to me as fast as they could and i could tell they really appreciated my business. In the future if im unfortunate again to be in an accident would not be opposed to coming back.

Don't bring your car here. They will jack your car up. They don't know what they are doing. They make everything a headache and will steal your money. They give you one price but then tell ohh well we forgot to include this in the price. Like isn't that your job to know for the most part what it is gonna cost.. want advice people shop somewhere else because this place is a $hit show.

I been coming to glenns auto collision for 5 years now , i brought my first car here to get it repainted and i couldn't be any happier. Francisco the owner is a great painter and knows how to work , he works with you in the prices and he's always available. I habe brought my friends and family here i my self have brought about 4 cars here to do paint jobs and to fix things. I recommend this to anybody who wants to get a nice paint job 10/10 would recommend

This is the best auto body shop in the bay area! My family has been going to Glenn's auto Collision for 4 years now! They have excellent customer services, and they do everything with passion.
