1051 Airport Blvd, South San Francisco“Great customer service and always friendly and happy to help. Large selection of alcoholic drinks and snacks, and many every-day items, open late just in case you need to get something after everything else is closed. I always walk here when staying at a hotel in SSF, as there are no restaurants East of 101, so this is super convenient to walk to and get some food & drinks... Family-run business and always welcoming...!”
“Wow. What an amazing store, they have everything I need. The best liquor store in South San Francisco. Thanks you so much to the employees for working hard and offering good customer service.”
“I first ordered a sandwich through Grubhub. At first I was hesitant because I'm not used to ordering food from a liquor store. But I went for it and really liked it! I enjoyed it so much that I came back here in person to order a sandwich twice so far. I usually get the hot pastrami with everything except onions. The pesto and garlic sauce really compliment the sandwich too. The Dutch crunch is on the softer, sweeter side. It's not my preference so I usually get the sweet roll instead. Price for a sandwich is around $10. There are sides like pasta salad and macaroni salad which are good too. I believe after 5 PM they stop making sandwiches but there are premade ones in the fridge to buy. Some have sides and others are just sandwiches. Staff are friendly too!”
“I went there last night to get a bottle of wine and was pleasantly surprised by 1) how clean and organize the store is 2) they have an extensive selection of wine at a reasonable price point 3) customer service was just stellar. Kiazer (excuse the spelling!) was very knowledgeable about wines, provided superb recommendation and was efficiently accommodating. I even walked out with an extra bottle of wine! I will surely recommend this place to friends and family. This will be my new go-to for sure. Thank you, D&M!”
“Colombo’s Liquors, Early-1960’s.At the time, Colombo’s was one South San Francisco's largest and most modern liquor stores. They distinguished themselves as having plenty of free parking and were open seven days a week.I’m not sure which sign I like better: the original pictured in the first photo or the one that is up today. Both are actually pretty cool. I love the shape of the original but I also like the font, style and colors in the current one. What say you?Looking at the building back then, I think it was a little longer(?). Looks like it was shortened and the apartment complex that’s there today was built next to it.Back then Columbo’s had a lot more glass built in, including on the Linden side. Today the glass on that side is gone and it's been replaced with a wall that has a large stone covering. Same in the front of the building as well. The glass also isn't as tall as it once was.”
“"Friend's Market" is a neighborhood store that features a huge variety of beverages and some grocery items. It's like a liquor store and a convenience store in one place. I found this store while I was working in the South San Francisco area. I hoping to find some fresh fruit to snack on, but they don't have a produce section. Grocery-wise, this market has milk, eggs, deli meats, ice cream, and some general merchandise (GM). So it's sort of like a 7-11, but without the hot foods or fountain drinks. Instead, they have a huge selection of beer, wine, and liquor. This place has an impressive number of cooler doors. It's clean and spacious inside. The floor is shiny and clean. The clerk was really friendly and nice. Other items include: Propane, lottery, ATM, Bitcoin, and greeting cards.Nice neighborhood store.”
“Been coming here for years but they recently expanded and have a good selection of different beers or beverages. The guy that works here is always so nice and friendly.”

30 Chestnut Ave, South San Francisco“On Christmas eve I went to pick up a meat I had ordered. Couldn't find anyone at the meat counter. I asked the woman at the window next to it and she said push the button. Didn't see a button. Then another person comes by and she was very helpful. She retrieved the meat for me and tried to help me get the discount on my phone. She really went the extra mile, her name is Josie and she was so helpful and nice!”
9AM - 3:30PM
551 Eccles Ave, South San Francisco“They are importers and wholesaler of some of the finest top-notch wine and spirit products in California. Hands down. Since they are wholesalers, they are only legally allowed sell to retailers. They're not a public liquor store (unfortunately) but when you see a label on a wine or liquor bottle that says, "Imported by: DJK Imports", you know what's inside is stellar.”
“Amazing place for specialty spirits, liqueurs, mixers, and cocktail books. Their rum selection is especially good relative to most liquor stores. Staff is really friendly and they often host tastings of new spirits.”
