my normal place was super busy so i came here because the reviews were great but im honestly very disappointed. the dip removal was aggressive, my natural nails and finger were nicked, one of my thumbs is crooked and half the size of the other, and the top coat is extremely uneven. the color is cute and they were nice, but lacking in attention to detail.

Absolutely love my nails! This was my first time going to La Bonne Vie and I will definitely be returning! I asked for a hybrid gel on natural nails and was so happy with the effort and detail put in to shaping my nails correctly, the attention to detail, and the friendliness of the staff. I was able to keep my natural nail length with some shaping. Jonathan did a great job & I’d definitely come back for a fill!

Not very long, square, with wide and curved French
I loved this job, it was done by a very attentive young man.

Had a wonderful first time here. I got a pedicure and a full acrylic set. Tracy and Lily did an absolutely wonderful job. They both took their time and paid very close attention to detail to both my hands and feet. Will definitely recommend to my friends and anyone else looking for a great salon. Will be returning!

5 stars for : Tracy and the gentlemen were super nice and friendly when walked in and the place looking clean unlike a lot salons look run down AND how no one at the salon jump person to person unlike other places I've been to, where they don't focus on their client.
2-3 stars for their quality of work. Its not horrible but not the best either. Usually I don't get my nails done too often which is why I didn't speak up until I showed my friend who always goes there and even said it wasn't the technicians best work and little bit sloppy job. I did like the shaving of the feet though for my calluses!! Not being too harsh on them since the previous place I went to also had similar quality of work, so I haven't found a good place yet.

Got a deluxe pedicure and it's the best I've gotten, I've actually been here three times. No doubt the best. Staff was very courteous especially, Coco who worked on me. GREAT JOB!!!

I have to give all glory to Tracy! I had the most absolute pleasure of getting acrylics by Tracy today. I have tried so many places and my last few experiences were just terrible. I called to see if someone was available and told them I’d be there in 10-15. I took over 30 minutes to arrive and Tracy had called to make sure I was coming. I came in for a removal of what was left on 6 nail. I wanted to be able to stop bitting my nails and let them grow. Due to the length of my nail bed she suggested acrylics. Along the way in the process she give me options and explain them to me. I have never left a salon with so my understanding of what I wanted, what was it called and why was it the best option for my nails. Very pleased with my experience and will return.
Stylist: Tracy! She was the best nail tech I ever had when it comes to her work, and personality.

I did not have that good of experience here… won’t recommend for pedicure. I opted for a 40 mins pedicure but they actually did in like 20 mins ….. they are so busy so they don’t focus or provide full service to the current customer ….. one more thing I did not like was … they kept on asking to add more services …. Don’t go for their foot massage… they just apply stuff and don’t actually massage your feets

I recently moved to San Bruno and have gone to TRACY to get my nails done multiple times. She does a good job and takes her time to make sure she gets the details right, which is important with acrylics. She even did my nails for my wedding.
Requested style: I have had medium to long stiletto nails with rounded tips. Ombre pink to white in 3-4 designs. I have also gotten the nails removed to add longer tips. Tracy was very careful when she removed my nails and did a great job with the new tips. The prices match the effort.
Specialties: Tracy is really good with acrylics and figuring out how to replicate a design from a picture.
Stylist: Tracy is my stylist and she does very good work. She takes her time and makes sure that the details are just right. When she asks if it looks good, she wants you to tell her if there is anything you want her to change.

Tracy is the queen of nails. I selflessly want to gatekeep but Tracy is the absolute best and me and my family keep coming back! The deluxe pedicure and my dip nails always having me feel the best!

Tracy did it again!! Showed her an inspo picture & she was spot on. Also, my last set with her lasted soo long & I had no problems with chipping/cracking. She's great!
