This pharmacy has completely mishandled the management of crucial refills. Even when you meticulously adhere to their process, they refuse to oversee the refill procedure unless it involves a Kaiser doctor. Their explanations were unclear, and they lacked any contingency plans for handling essential medications when their process failed to function.

KP SSF pharmacy is there when you need them!! I have always had prescriptions filled faster than expected. Some OTC stuff is not always in stock, but I can live with that.

The staff is always so friendly. This particular visit. I was getting a new prescription, it was way to expensive for my fixed income so I was going to blow it off. The supervisor went to the back, looked things over and somehow came back with a new price very well within my budget.. THANK YOU for looking out for your customers...

Embarrassingly bad here compared to the San Bruno pharmacy. Got discharged from emergency with a simple Antibiotics prescription on Sunday. Walked into the pharmacy with no one else there. Clerk told me it would be another 10-15 min. Waited 25 min before went back to check and the clerk, who I hope is new, because she seemed like it, told me that she is sorry and that it would be another 10-15 min. Can the San Bruno manager come over to train this weekend crew please?

To preface this, I have been going to get my medication here for the most part and it has been alright, but the experience I had today was unacceptable. I went in to get my medications today and I was told to wait 20 minutes for them to prepare them. I waited for 40 minutes and was not called. I reached out to another clerk to check in and she said that it says that one of the medication says it was just put in to order and is processing. she would escalate the order to speed the process. An hour of waiting I reach out to the third Clerk that I speak with and she clarifies that the medication I have ordered is not in stock and I should come in another day, another set of medication was ready. That was not very appreciated as I would have gladly walked in the following week for the unavailable meds rather that waiting for things that is not there and waste my time. It is so inconsiderate to have someone wait and occupy the pharmacy space.

Damnnnn it's dirtyyyyy there's pills spilled all across the floor, a shit stain and an entire squashed cigarette and that's just what's in front of my line of sight. But the Actual problem is they they are **calling out names of people in an entirely empty pharmacy --- ?!? "John Doe, John Doe" ..... dude HELLO I've been here 45 mins and it's just me here ..... still waiting. Definitely the D Squad on this morning.

Couldnt give 0 stars. They're always understaffed and have no sense of urgency to get people the medication they need asap.
