I went to several places for estimates and felt they were inflating the prices. Aaron was the only one that I felt comfortable with after he looked at it. I will definitely be having any other issues with my car be handled by them.

Worked with Aaron on a repair for my Tesla model 3 that was damaged. Could not speak more highly of the experience I received. He was incredibly transparent with what work needed to be done and was straightforward when I had questions about what was in my best interest for damage repair. They have tons of experience with Teslas and they did a great job with the repair. Definitely always coming back if I ever need to (hopefully not)!

10/10 would highly recommend JP Auto Body! White glove service from beginning to end.
My 2023 Lexus RX was t-boned by a distracted driver. Thankfully, it was at a low rate of speed and only caused damage to both driver side doors.
I did not like the shop that my insurance referred me to and luckily I was referred to JP Auto Body by family members. Having not been in a car accident before, I had a ton of questions about the repair process and what type of work would be needed. Peter took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, and reassured me that my car would be returned in original condition.
In addition to the two doors that needed to be replaced, my car had dealer installed 3M door protections and Permaplate coating. This required the car be taken back to Toyota/Lexus twice; once for calibrations and another for the Permaplate. The team at JP Auto Body handled all this for me quickly and seamlessly! They also matched the Lexus Eminent White Pearl color PERFECTLY and the 3M installs look great.
I want to thank Peter and the JP Auto Body team for great taking care of my vehicle. I was amazed at pick-up as the car looked brand new! It had been throughly cleaned and detailed which was such a nice surprise. Special shout out to Brian who graciously called me each week to give me updates on the progress of the repairs and timing for completion.

My dad is in his 70s now and his driving isn't the best. While backing out of the garage, he turned too quickly and scraped the front driver side of his bumper. I called everywhere for a quote and other shops were quoting me about $1000 cause they wanted to replace the whole bumper, order a new bumper, and charge a garaging fee. They also said because of shipping delays, they might even hold the car for longer, so the garaging fee could have been triple the price.
JP auto shop was the only shop to care about me and my time. They didn't charge me a garaging fee because the car is still drivable. Ray zhang and his took care of me quickly. I took pics for them a few days in advance, they told me to come 2 days later when it wasn't as busy. They had a worker ready with all the material needed to repair. Cleaned it, buffed it, and then painted it. The whole process took less than an hour. The bumper looks brand new and we didn't have to have to buy a whole new bumper.

They did an awesome job with a full rear bumper replacement on my Tesla M3P.
Right off the bat I was pleased that unlike most body shops in the area, they were great about following up by email and phone even during the initial estimate, and seemed to care about customer experience. I was also given the option to have more convenient service in South San Francisco that could take longer due to them being quite busy, or faster service if I was okay to take my vehicle to their Redwood City location.
I opted for the South San Francisco option since the shop was also walking distance from San Bruno BART, making it so I didn't need to rent a vehicle while mine was being repaired. The replacement was super smooth and the price was exactly what they'd quoted upfront. They also got it done faster than the estimated time given over the phone and when I dropped off the car. They handed the car back to me fully cleaned up and detailed.
And lastly, shout-out to Ray for the estimate and scheduling, and Bryan for managing the drop-off, pickup, and repair process. They were both great! This place has definitely earned their 5-star reviews.

Had a fantastic experience with JP Auto Body Shop!
I got into a fender bender and Aaron and his team immediately got to work on the repairs, and coordinated everything - from working directly with the insurance company to manage the repairs and payments, calling the rental car company to arrange a delivery and pickup from the body shop, staying communicative with me, etc.
I just picked up the car yesterday and the quality of the work is impeccable. They are great value and have great service, and would 100% recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about J&P Auto Body in South San Francisco. My experience with them was exceptional from start to finish. I found myself in a challenging situation when the insurance claim turned out to be far more complicated than expected. After a collision, I was provided with insurance information from the other driver, but after months of back and forth, it turned out their insurance was not going to cover the claim. Despite the police report and extensive communication with various parties, I ended up facing a hefty repair bill nearly equal to my car's value.
Enter J&P Auto Body. Peter and Rebecca were a beacon of hope throughout this ordeal. They offered me a generous discount, significantly easing the financial burden. They also invested extra time and resources into repairing my vehicle without charging me more, despite dealing with a shortage of parts. Their creativity and dedication ensured my car was restored to its former glory.
What truly stood out was their patience and support throughout the entire insurance claim process. They accommodated storage for my car and handled everything with remarkable professionalism and kindness. Worked with John and he was fantastic and kept me updated throughout the process. Overall a timely and extensively high quality repair to my 3 series BMW. Paint looks better than factory, they used all factory BMW parts, and advocated for the job to be covered and thus done the right way. 10/10. Hope to not need to come back but will recommend for others!
