Mauricio ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) came to my place of work this past Tuesday 12/19/23, to fix the fractured front of my phone. I have to say in 25 years I managed to not damage my phone. This man was on time, assessed what needed to be done and said, " this should take about 30 minutes."This sounds strange as I write it, but handing your phone over to someone is a big deal! Mauricio handled my phone as if he understood my concern, and was finished in 20 minutes. Prompt, knowledgeable, careful and professional! What more can one ask for.....

This is a drive-to-you service! Luis is professional, efficient, and communicates very well regarding ETA/when he is at your location. He brings everything he needs to repair devices out of his work vehicle & kindly notifies you at the entrance of your location when he’s done fixing your device. I had a very cracked screen on my iphone; it’s good as new in 20 minutes and I didn’t even have to go anywhere. His prices are competitively less than places you’d have to drive to in the Bay Area (at least compared to the many I researched). Highly recommended ?

I was a little worried because it seemed too convenient but it was a really nice guy named Luis! His prices are very reasonable and he’s a very kind guy, he even said there’s a warranty and gave me his number for any help or questions I had. Very helpful i really appreciate and recommend his services! Way better than a regular phone repair shop!

Fast, knowledgeable, and super professional! My technician arrived on time and was very communicative through the whole process. From shattering my screen, booking an appointment, to completing the repair, the entire process took less than 2 hours. Worth every penny for the convenience and high quality! My phone is better than new and I didn’t have to leave my house. I will be recommending this service to anyone who asks!
