Love this place. Quick, Easy and Excellent Service. I love getting texts messages letting me know when my garments are ready for pick up. And so very convenient adding a credit card to my account - Grab and Go. Prices are great and Eloisa is a great help.

There is nothing fancy about this place. It's a dry cleaners. However, this is a very convenient location right off of 101 and across from Costco. The staff is very friendly. Prices here are so much cheaper than any other dry cleaners I have found. They text you when your order is ready. One thing that is difficult is finding their hours. Their hours on Google and Yelp are different. They do not post them online. Also, the phone numbers listed online are for the accounting department. You need to call the number on your receipt.

The hotel I was staying at used them to outsource laundry and dry cleaning. When my item went missing, Alex was extremely helpful is tracking it down. Highly recommend them and appreciate their service.

Was told a while ago that this was a great place but never really came because I had a regular place I go to that was close to my office. Finally decided to come because my regular place wanted to charge me $98 to clean 4 jackets and a graduation gown. I came here and it was less than $70 for everything. Also really like their texting system and efficient service. Eloisa was very friendly as well. Wish I would have came here sooner.

Stay away from Inter-City Cleaners if you don't want to loose your expensive closing you bring to them for dry cleaning. As soon as they see designer's pieces, your closing mysteriously disappears and the refuse to talk to you claiming you providing false information to them. We have been in this situation twice, first one back to 2020 and second occurred last April. Their shop located at 438 South Airport Blvd, South San Francisco, right across Costco.

I have been using this dry cleaners for years and I appreciate that they offer bulk discounts and discounts to bigger employers in the area like sfo and Genentech. I get items back timely and it's very reasonably priced. I have had small issues only because women's blouses need extra steps with darts but I will sometimes bring in a men's shirt and be charged the blouse rate just because I present as female when leaving items but it's usually resolved when the items itself is inspected closer. They are my regular cleaners!

I have used this place a couple of times but now they cannot find my shirts. I have been waiting for 2 weeks as they promise to produce the shirts or a check to replace them. Now when I come to pick up the check they say all they can do is mail me one.I would check other options if I were you. I was told by the clerk that this happens quite frequently and the blame is on one lady. I'm curious why they keep her if it keeps happening. I had 2 very nice HD shirts. I think foul play is in order here.You've been warned.....

Fantastic! My wife went in yesterday to see about having a handbag cleaned. It was canvas with leather trim and she had spilled coffee on it a few years back. The gentleman who helped her took a look at it and offered to steam clean it right then AND at no cost. He took it back, cleaned it, and now it looks good as new. She is overjoyed. Amazing customer service and brilliant results! We have used this cleaner before and have always had great results and great service. Plus, they offer discounts to certain businesses/employers. Highly recommend.

Some years ago I was researching dry cleaners that was eco-friendly, close by, and affordable. This place hit all the marks. I have taken my dry cleaning here throughout the years and haven't had any issues. Recently they cleaned some mold off my blazer and 2 slacks. I have sworn off humidifiers because of this! Tip: always inspect your clothes there before leaving. If there's still a stain, they will gladly clean it again at no extra charge. This happened to me with a pair of slacks. It still had mold on it in a few areas and they marked the areas with white tape to remove it.
