“This was a very nice clean hotel with great service. I love having the free breakfast and coffee. It is very close to the airport and they do offer a shuttle service during certain times of day. The beds were very comfortable and the heating and air-conditioning were excellent.”

“No heads up about shuttle bus from airport not running that day. It was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.
Room AC filter was very dirty/dusty. Cleaned it myself in the bathtub. Notice in room said, "This Room Has Been Sanitized For Your Safety". I guess that doesn't include the AC filter!

Noteworthy details: Close to San Francisco Airport.”

“This hotel is great value for money and in a good location. BART station close by for quick access into the city and a handful of fast food restaurants down the road. Friendly management, quick check in and the hotel itself is in a fairly quiet location. Great value for money. I always stay here if I have an event to go to in SF and don't want to deal with the traffic or parking in SF. Rooms include microwave and fridge and free parking. If you are looking for something luxury this isn't the place for you.”

“We stayed here for our honeymoon 10 years ago, and after a few years we had kids and stayed here with our kids. It's close to the airport, not far from downtown, it's quiet, and the staff was friendly. Parking is also convenient. :)”

“The layout of the room was a bit off, but thankful we had a room to stay for the night. For the price you pay for a room, they should offer a hot breakfast and not just cereal n bagels. Over all, it was a good stay.Noteworthy details: Dunkin donuts and popeye's is across the street.”

“Booked due to a problem at another hotel. The reservation was made through Wyndham's site. On arrival, we were informed that there was no availability, and that the reservation shouldn't have gone through.
Working with the desk, an alternate room was secured, with word that we would be getting the reserved room the next day (of our 2 night stay).
Thanks for working with us.”

“No breakfast available in the hotel was a big negative. For food (breakfast /lunch/dinner/anything) you need to walk nearby as hotel has no such servicesNoteworthy details: For parking they charge extra”

“Surprisingly good quiet room, clean enough. Unfortunately, the shampoo had run out, there was no body lotion and the coffee and tea had not been replenished. American breakfast consists of muesli bar, cinnamon bun, apple or tangerine, coffee and tea.”

“Great stay! Normally, Embassy Suites is not my go-to hotel as a business traveler but this property broke the mold. Check in was expedient and friendly—shout out to Trevor at the front desk for fantastic service. The room was well-appointed and comfortable. I had zero issues with noise, which is impressive for an atrium hotel. Business services, like document printing, were seamless. Every employee encountered at the hotel was friendly and helpful. I didn’t make breakfast, but it looked like people downstairs were enjoying and the breakfast area set up is very nice. Shuttle service was also run well, though note that it runs every thirty minutes and it’s some distance to the airport. Next time I have business at SFO, I will absolutely be staying here.”

“Rooms: Comfortable and mostly clean and well kept. It’s no 5 star hotel but everything is well kept decent qualityNearby activities: A couple convenience stores, a Starbucks, and a gym nearby. No grocery stores nearby. There is a nice park between the office buildings on oyster point blvd and if you can manage to get there, the bay trail is always nice. Anything of any real interest though is on the other side of the 101 in downtown South San Francisco.Safety: Very safe and quiet area. Little to no foot trafficWalkability: Not very walkable. About 3/4 of a mile from Caltrain and only one bus line runs through the area. Sidewalk coverage is spotty and they will end for a few blocks and then resume for no obvious reason and with no warning. Bay trail is very far from here as well. There are free shuttles that operate around the area during commuter hours but it’s a short window of operation in the morning and evening”
