Mattress making noise and very soft.Rooms on the ground floor with headlights and the noise of people arriving or leaving in the middle of the night. No breakfast on site

Room very dingy and old feeling ..wall thermostat didn’t work …A/C unit made noise all night long .. bed not comfortable..I would compare this place to a Motel 6 or worst . Ok if you just want a bed to sleep on with great on time shuttle service to SFO airport ( you have to make a reservation tho with front desk )Rooms: Rooms were dated …Motel 6 feeling nothing special…easy friendly service..great shuttle service to SFO …Shower head leaked …bed not comfortable and noisy.

I used Hotel Focus to park for (1) week at SFO. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them for long-term parking merely because using Hotel Focus was an huge inconvenience. Their free shuttle has very-very limited service. Thus causing you to call an Uber/Lyft. Plus paying SFO ride share sur-charge fees. I suggest using A-LOFT or another service who provides frequent, yet complimentary shuttle service to and from SFO. The whole point of selecting a long term parking service is for the ease and for the convenience of their services. Hotel Focus fell short of those high expectations. Please do your due diligence in advance!!!

Paint peeling, horrid smells and grime in the room, a crackhead element hanging in the halls and absent management. The place felt dangerous, like a transient motel. I took a gamble and I lost. You shouldn't have to.

Location is great if you are catching a flight from SFO, bed is extremely uncomfortable pillows are cheap and flat. Extra charge to park. Shuttle service is good just have to make sure to make a reservation for in the morning.

It’s a slightly overpriced budget hotel. Staff is helpful and kind. If you’re sensitive to EMF this hotel is right next to a cell tower so there is a light humming sound. The bed is fine, and the bedding is comfortable and windows open wide. One issue we had with the room is there was no mini fridge; if you’re paying $85+ a night you should get a mini fridge. They have laundry machines, they work well but they are overpriced and you must download their app which forces you a minimum of $10.00 even though your wash and dry will cost $8.00, kind of a scam the remaining $2.00 will just be stuck on the app.. There is an extra charge for parking, beware of homeless roaming the parking lot, the parking lot does not feel secure. They gave a late check out (noon) we appreciated that. It’s not a terrible stay. Better than the Travelodge down the road.
