Mills Montessori is a place that holds a special spot in my heart. My child began her journey here when she was just 2 years old, and she spent 1.5 wonderful years at this school. I would have continued her education here, but due to a work-related move to the South, we had to say our goodbyes. When seeking a preschool for your child, three key factors stand out:Teachers: The teachers at Mills Montessori are truly exceptional. My daughter was fortunate to have Miss Tati and Miss Dianna as her primary educators for most of her time at this school, and they were both remarkable. Despite my daughter being a picky eater and somewhat shy, she quickly developed a strong bond with both of these teachers and would often refer to them as her friends. Currently, she is under the guidance of Miss Breanna, who is also doing an outstanding job.Communication: The school excels in keeping parents informed. They promptly share news, event updates, and monthly food menus. The use of the Brightwheel app facilitates seamless communication between parents and the school, with responses typically received within 24 hours.Timings: Mills Montessori offers a variety of time options to cater to parents' needs, including 9-12, 9-2:30, and additional one-hour options, each with its corresponding fees. This flexibility allows parents to choose the timing that best suits their requirements.Lastly, I must mention the director, Miss Simin. My interactions with her were always pleasant and reassuring. Being a grandmother herself she has a unique understanding of the challenges parents face and is ever-willing to lend a sympathetic ear when you need to discuss anything. I will dearly miss this school and have already recommended it to two of my friends. I wholeheartedly recommend giving Mills Montessori a try; it's an experience worth exploring.

Great staff, secure campus, teachers and aides are very helpful and kind, they are college educated teachers and really help prep kids for kindergarten. HIGHLY recommend to send kids here for preschool!!!

My son has been attending this great school for 3 months. I have always wanted my kids to go there. He has learned so much and improved many skills in such a short period. He won't stop talking about his "new school". When I pick him up he always says he wants to stay at school some more. He loves his teachers and the director has been kind to us and always answers any questions we may have. The school is very diverse in terms of student population and staff which is great to see. Grateful to live near an amazing school. Thank you Simin and all the wonderful, pleasant & competent teachers.

This review is long over due please bare with me. My son attended Mills for about 2 years , he completed preschool 1 and preschool 2 , I'll go ahead and start with the positive of the school. THE TEACHERS THE TEACHERS THE TEACHERS! All of the teachers are amazing! You can see they genuinely care for the students. It was heartbreaking leaving since my son was completely comfortable and loved it so much. Now I'll start with why we left the school. The administration and the Director are awful and you don't seem to get your money's worth. Considering if you pick the full day program is $1550 and doesn't include anything at all. Everything is extra such ask lunch and pizza Fridays not to mention the school claimed pizza comes with a drink and a fruit but my son always said he didn't get a drink or fruit? Very odd.The director Simin is not very pleasant to speak with either, she will not take the time to clarify certain cost or questions. In fact it almost seems she intentionally avoids the parents, again how odd.Now like I said the full day program is $1550 for mills and it's a private Montessori school but I haven't been able to find any evidence that Milis indeed Montessori certified , what I did find strange is Mills Montessori is actually a non profit! She NEVER once mentioned that to us. We feel disgusted with the director.

After one year, I never got my money back, it was one month and a half's tuition, it was more than a thousand dollar!!! Never recommend this school to anyone! As a parent, I shouldn't have ignored any bad review of that school!
