I highly recommend Bethina's grooming services. She’s incredible—honestly, the best groomer I’ve ever met. She’s very responsive via SMS, extremely friendly, and professional. I am still impressed with how she (magically) calmed down my aggressive mini-pinscher in seconds and performed both nail filing and clipping in a few minutes. Thank you, Bethina—you’re the best!

I am beyond grateful to have found a dog groomer who not only possesses superior skill and expertise but also demonstrates unparalleled gentleness and care. Every time I bring my standard schnauzers in for grooming, I am consistently amazed by the transformation. They always come out looking absolutely stunning, thanks to the meticulous attention to detail and the genuine love and care that goes into each grooming session.
Bethina’s ability to handle my dogs with such tenderness and patience is truly remarkable. It’s clear that she understands the unique needs of each dog and tailors her approach to ensure they are comfortable and happy throughout the entire process. I have been to Here Doggy (Bettina) for some time now and my dog is demanding and not easy to groom. Bettina calms Precious and he is happy after seeing her. I am the proud owner of Precious who is 13 years of age and a wonderful boy and I only want what is best for him. Bettina does a superb job and I am very happy with Here Doggy.

The groomer, Bethina, is horrible! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO HER. I told her 5x before his first visit not to extract my dog's anal glands, and she did it anyway without my consent. My dog is hurt. I had to take him to the ER because he was so painful. I hope HereDoggy does the right thing and gets rid of her and gets a reputable groomer.
My dog was prescribed 2 medications at the ER tonight and this is the message I received:
"You are certainly free to leave whatever review you feel fit and tell the story as you experienced it.
But after seeing the tone of your reviews, and hearing of your hostile, unwarranted personal attacks on Bethina, you need to find another daycare.
We all love our dogs, but that was intolerable. There is no one who shares your opinion of her as "horrible," and I'm confident your review will be ignored.
She is a beloved, highly experienced and decorated groomer, and a wonderful person. Your treatment of her, for what was an honest, unfortunate mistake, offended the entire team, and we do not feel comfortable having you in our building.
Your package will be refunded by mail.

Bethina did not make a mistake. She deliberately disregarded my multiple requests and that resulted in my sweet dog having to go to the ER. There is a BIG difference. I hope she doesn't hurt more dogs. Also, stop emailing me. I officially asked you to stop and you continue to do so.

Great day care. People there are really friendly. I love that the day has structure and they will time out a dog if they are doing some inappropriate behavior. I REALLY love that they have an outdoor area as my dog tends to smell like piss at the end of the day (she rolls around a lot) if they're an indoor daycare only.

First time coming here with my Pup for nail trimming services and really appreciated how Bethina handled my baby. She was very gentle and great with Bailey. She also cleaned her station, as she had to swap out a pup she was grooming, to trim my dog's nails. I will be coming here going forward for my dog grooming needs. :)

Our pup really sees Here Doggy as his second home - the staff is A+ and we really feel like we are dropping him off with his extended family every time: they know his little quirks and we can tell how much they love having him (and all the other dogs) around! We feel so lucky to be part of the Here Doggy crew!

The Groomer, Bethina, is amazing! She’s great with my very timid dog and always does an amazing job on his black nails. I have been to so many groomers around the Peninsula and she is the only one that is consistently good.She does everything: bathing, drying, nails, ear cleaning, anal gland, and teeth brushing (plus more as these are my Rocky’s needs).My only complaint, I wish I found her sooner!
