This was a great value for the price, comfortable and clean the breakfast hit the spot. All of the staff were super friendly only thing was no airport shuttle I just got a Uber over for $20, also the bus system could have been another option it was pretty clean and convenient with stops close by.

This Hampton Inn is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly but a bit dissopointing that they charge 25.00 a night for parking.

The location was great because we were flying out the next day, unfortunately our room had ants, we reported it to the front desk and they said that they sent housekeeping but we still had the problem. I reported it to Marriott and they mitigated it.The breakfast was not up to Hampton Inn's quality.

I've stayed here twice, last year and this week, both times because my power was out for several days. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and well maintained. The only complaint I have is that the price increased by 40% in the last year for the same room, which is absurd. Otherwise, this would be a 5-star review. It's a nice hotel, but I only decided to stay here again because it was only one night, and so many hotels were full due to the widespread power outage.

Great just great. I had to stay here for a while and the staff was great and friendly and made me fill like I belonged. I loved staying here, it was a little home away from home/warm and inviting, and great food at breakfast, also my room was clean a tidy. The bed well! Idk maybe some like a little extra firmness ??♀️ I wish it was more soft just my preference.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a short trip to SF during Christmas holidays. We picked this hotel for it's conveniency to the airport and the CalTrain station. The room was ok for the price. Bathtub drain was a bit slow but not terrible.It was when we came back that I realized they charged me double the amount for parking. I noticed this when I was checking my credit card history. I talked to Hilton customer service immediately and they created a case for me, told me I'll hear back from them in 3 days. I waited for about two weeks and heard nothing so I called customer service again. This time they told me they contacted the hotel and their response was because I had two cars. I have no idea where the hotel got this information from. I would hope that they put this information in only by mistake. However I bet many people won't even bother to check their credit card history and won't notice what they have charged after your stay. The Hilton customer service offered to refund me with a check, which apparently is not coming from the hotel. Sounded like the hotel itself is not planning to look into this issue or refund me. I will not stay here for a second time.

The receptionist that works during the day is so unprofessional. It took 40 minutes to check in.Btw, if you come on behalf of your airline due to a cancellation, let them know because they don't know what they are doing and they'll try to charge

The staff, room, and breakfast are all great. The location, well, if you are there for business ok. Otherwise, with no airport shuttle, you are going to drop 20+ on Uber and no restaurant or entertainment within walking distance, so add that cost in.

Good prices and cleanliness is above average for the price point. Breakfast is ok but a nice perk. The food pantry is well stocked with snacks and beer at reasonable prices.Rooms: Very clean and recently updated.
