My toddler is 18 months right now, and he had a good time in the space but unfortunately i felt like its a little expensive for the overall experience, the space has a bunch of toys and things to do for toddlers but it feels like everything is just dropped anywhere without a thought and also its pretty smelly, maybe a carpet cleaner is needed, and it isn't much of a class as we had 30 minutes free play and 3 minutes of what was like a song and thats it. Maybe a playground is a better option than what payment offers for this.

Love this place! My 5 year old has been coming here for a couple of years. They do such a nice job making every class different and fun. He has never once said he didn't want to go, always looks forward to it. He also does a nearly perfect cartwheel already

So far, my daughter seems to be enjoying the level 1 for gymnastics. The gymnastics teachers are good and engaging. They work on form and safety. However, the two front desk ladies that sit up front at the counter Saturdays and Sundays are extremely rude. I was asking questions about trial classes for my 2 kids and wanted to see if we could trial different classes before signing up and was told only 1st trial is free (which I understood why and accepted) but when I turned around my husband caught them giving me dirty looks behind my back like I was trying to free load!!!! At that point he didn't want to enroll them. Then the other lady gave me some offensive remark asking if I had time and money to register for multiple classes. I was pissed and she knew it then she toned down her rude attitude and started talking professionally about the program. We'll see how it goes, but things seem to be good without talking to the weekend ladies at the front counter. Id give more stars if not my experience with them.

Finally writing a review for the wonderful staff they have here . The ladies in the front Carol, Sarah, Joanna, and Jessi. If you have any questions about the time slot classes they are the ladies that can help and answer your questions. My first time meeting Jessi she is so helpful with answering questions about the classes and concerns and there to help in any way she can. When I first put my daughter in level one they had a lot of subs and I was very worried , my daughter first time in gymnastics and so many subs and I was nervous about the class. When coach Adriana was another coach I approached her and spoke to her about my concern she was happy to tell me she is here permanent coach in the class. I was relieved and happy and throughout the weeks I saw the outcome and progress my daughter was progressing in her class and she was so happy every Saturday to come see her coach Adriana. She is that coach that helps your child with achieving their goals and understanding each child's personality she takes time to know each child. My son had coach Alissa for mini gym minis she is so attentive to the kids and she knows when your child is ready for the next class with the growth development. My son was on the waitlist and still was attending her class she made sure he didn't get bored and she would incorporate tasks for his development. Any concerns and questions she is willing to answer and help in any way she can, goes way and beyond, making my son transition so smoothly going to the next class , she would come and help until he got comfortable and really cares about the kids she works with. He is now in the jumping gym minis and his coach is Alina she is a wonderful teacher she is very caring and she understands the children, very attentive to these kids and my son adorns her, he gets so excited to see her every Saturday and what's to tell her all about his week at school. I enjoy seeing how much he bonds with her and Alissa. Overall this is an awesome gymnastics team and coaches they have here .

My daughter enjoys gymnastics at Gysmtowne and has learned so much including how to socialize with the other children, learning flexibility, how to communicate with the instructor, and discipline. We truly thank the instructor Ms. Adriana for the patience and ability to teach our children.

I went to try this place for a one time free class trial. I thought I read on the website that classes are structured, so don't expect them to let the kids roam around and have free play. However, when we got there, they told us to wait by the pole so that we can wait for the instructor to call our age group out. When the teacher calls us. We head over to our area (2 year olds). We play around for a little bit because we see the instructor continue to check in late comers. Then later to instructor hangs around our area, but doesn't say anything to us, so I was a bit confused. But my daughter is having fun and checking everything out so I didn't really care. Eventually after maybe 15-20 minute into our session, I see people start doing a warm up and there is a warm up song playing. However because many different classes are going on a the same time, it's hard to tell that the music is for us. And the teacher again didn't speak up loudly to have a good command of the class. Then she told us to do one thing which was to swing on a horizontal bar. After that, that was it. The continue to just play on our own and she didn't say anything else to us. At the end of the class, I see people getting stickers so I look at my watch and see that it's time and tell my daughter we should get a sticker and head on out. Again i didn't hear the instructor announce class is over or anything like that. I'm not too pleased with the instructor, neither did I feel welcomed or unwelcomed.. However, my daughter did enjoy the place.

My daughter who is 3 years old really loves going to her classes! Her coach is really patient with her and takes her time with the kids. Gym is very clean and organized! I love how easy to make up missed classes.

My granddaughter Zia is 4 yrs old and has been going to gysmtowne for 4 months. This place rocks. The staff are warm and welcoming and have been extremely kind to grandma especially when I'm having trouble navigating billing etc. Special shout out to coach Ira who is sweet skilled and always has a smile on her face. Before each class Zia asks if coach Ira will be there!

We have been looking for a gym for my 6 year old daughter and based on reviews, we decided on Gymtowne. We did a trial class and really liked the teacher and decided to sign up. When we came to class the following week, the teacher that lead the trial class was not the actual teacher. She was substituting for that day. I wish I had known that prior to signing up. My daughters teacher was ok, but didn't seem very motivated and looked bored most of the time. Given that the kids are learning moves that could injure them, I was hoping for more engagement and attentiveness from the teacher. Most if not all of the teachers look as if they are teenagers and there just to being there. No one seems particularly invested in teaching children proper technique or help them get better at a certain skill. The place is always packed and the parents need to play musical chairs in a very small area. It is extremely uncomfortable as you sit shoulder to shoulder in a very hot room. I also question the cleanliness of the place. The teachers look like they are wearing their street shoes in the gym. There are kids of all ages, bare foot and rolling on the floor. It is not sanitary. I have never seen a front office so aloof. They could not careless about what is going on. They do not even know the teachers by name. I asked a couple of times if my daughters teacher was there that day, and their response was, "Who's that?" Their lack of engagement is concerning. It is clear that this place is volume based and not quality based. Overall from a safety, cleanliness and value perspective, we decided to end our enrollment at Gymtowne.

Wow. All I can say is that I'm super happy with the customer service I have received here. Due to location, my daughter started classes in sunset, at another place to compare, and see if we can switch over to somewhere near us. If that had worked out, we were thinking of dropping Gymtowne. My daughter has been on a month "vacation" leave and was supposed to resume classes here last week. She got sick and they have been so nice about extending her leave and holding her place in class. The other place in sunset however, does not care what the reason is, and does not give any make up classes or credits. That policy will likely bring some sick kids into classes because parents don't want to lose out on the $60. Thank you Gymtowne for making this a no brainer for us. We are sticking with you guys!

Since this is a gym for children I was very surprised when a staff member stormed into the gym area and repeatedly told me that "CLASS IS OVER". Repeated it over and over as if I had been ignoring her for hours. I told her I understood, apologized we were a bit late in leaving the gym, that I was waiting for my wife who was in the bathroom. I told her my 3 year old was trying to help put away some of the foam blocks into the box in the meantime. The staff member proceeded to continue to stay over and over "SIR, THE CLASS IS OVER" very aggressively, as I was holding my 1 year old, trying to coax my toddler to clean up while my wife was still just peeing in the bathroom. Was a bit intense, especially since I'm sure I'm not the only one in the history of this place to have some trouble getting my 3 year old to leave promptly after a class haha! Anyways very bad vibes. So off elsewhere we go! Also, the teacher was very mediocre. Zero energy. Could tell she was very bored the entire time and was terrible at motivating the kids. Kept asking all the kids "why they were being so silly" and not listening. ok........ i think its because they are 3 years old....

Unfortunately we are moving and will not be returning here because we will be too far. Great place to bring your kids. Teachers are young students and the are so good with my little girl. Couple issues, I don't like my daughter wearing a mask but had to because she would get sick here when she didn't not sure why but it happened a couple times. My wife is the mask police so she has to wear it when she comes here. 1 thing they should change is kids are not allowed to wear shoes or socks, but the teacher and staff wear their shoes and demonstrate the exercise on the equipment. I think the staff need to do the same as the kids no shoes at least, that way the equipment stays clean and so do the kids. Who knows what we step on before we come inside..

We love Gymtowne! My daughter started in the class for 3 year olds with parent participation, then switched into the class where parents sit off to the side once she turned 3.5. During the class, the kids go through a few different obstacle courses. They change every few weeks and they are structured to help the kids develop gymnastics skills. All the coaches we've had have been great, but I can't say enough nice things about Coach Nicole! She is so kind to all the kids and makes the class so fun for them. She's great about helping my daughter when she needs it, while also encouraging her to try things independently. My daughter looks forward to the class all week!
