I had the best experience here. I was shopping for a formal dining room table for my new house. I had previously purchased a large solid marble table years ago from Giorgi which I truly loved, but it was too big for my new place. I had shopped at other furniture stores but had no luck finding the right table. Then I was reminded that I bought my marble table at Giorgi. I went online and saw immediately a few tables that were what I had in mind. I called the store (5 mins before closing) and Angie Velarde answered the phone. In spite of how late it was, she looked up the prices of the tables and invited me to come in the next day to look at them and other selections. Angie was incredible. She patiently listened to my story of where I was moving and what I was looking for. I showed her the chairs I was keeping (also purchased at Giorgi) and she went over other tables that might go with that formal style. She was simply fantastic. By the end, it seemed like I made a new friend. She is the epitome of what excellent customer service is. The table was on the pricey side, but the fun I had it certainly made it worth it. Thank you Angie, and the other sales people I joked around with, for such a great morning.

Love this place, needed warranty work and they were right on it with the company who made my couch and took care of it ASAP. Best prices around too. Crew showed up to replace cushions and did a great job!

Incredible customer service that is leaving us compelled to write a 5 star review. We came in to test out American Leather sleeper sofas. Everyone was so hospitable and went out of their way to help us with our sleeper sofa purchase. They were even so accommodating to our toddler and brought him a book for entertainment. We are still early in our purchasing journey but given the positive experience we had with Giorgi Brothers we are definitely planning on buying items from here in the future. They're also not on commission and you get a great experience from everyone you chat with!

When my wife and I wanted to purchase a heirloom quality leather sofa and love seat set we chose Giorgi Bros because they are a family owned business. Having been in business since 1933 they have garnered a long standing excellent reputation for quality furniture and stellar customer service. And our purchase of high quality Hancock & Moore custom made leather sofa and love seat set from Giorgi Bros has been the most amazing and rewarding experience.
When we experienced a manufacturer quality control issue soon after delivery of our custom leather furniture purchase (not Giorgi Bro's fault) Tom Giorgi became the most amazing customer advocate we have ever experienced. His dogged perseverance for over a year, and exceptional customer service following our request for assistance with our original Hancock & Moore furniture purchase was a beautiful thing to experience.
The end result was a new luxurious European leather furniture ensemble worthy of the wide acclaim for which Giorgi Bros is known. And knowing it is aniline dyed through and through, making it true heirloom quality offers such peace of mind for my wife and I.
If you are looking for a piece of high quality furniture, if you want experts in leather, fabrics, design, quality, and exceptional customer service... it's a no-brainer here. It is comforting knowing that Giorgi Bros is a local family owned business and their excellent reputation for satisfied customers for many generations is all you need to know.

I live in Austin, TX, and was looking for a particular rug that I found online at Giorgi Bros. The purchase was flawless. I worked with Sue and she was so pleasant and so helpful. This was all done over the phone and email. The price was fantastic and the service was superb. I received the rug with no issues. I will definitely be browsing Giorgi Bros. online whenever I am in the market for any furniture or accessories.

Wonderful selection and prices with super-helpful service that's not pushy. We were looking for a new loveseat and recliner and they had a great selection for us to try out. Really enjoyed the variety of brands and prices to try.

Giorgi Bros Furniture has high quality American made hardwood furniture, we furnished our living room and guest room with their products, could not be more satisfied with both the furniture and the service! Where we found other less-toxic fabrics, where we donated our old upholstery instead of sending them to pollute landfills, and more reasons to avoid synthetic fabrics: Less-toxic fabric: picknatural.comWhere to donate used upholstery:The Giorgi sisters and brothers also kindly gave us back all old materials when we requested it. Then we donated our old fabric to scrap-sf.org and batting that was:- polyester to a fabric store because their workers could reuse it.- horsehair to be turned into oil spill cleanup mats at matteroftrust.org/collec….More reasons to avoid synthetic fabrics: Microplastics are in our air, drinking water, blood, lungs and human cancerous tissue (motherjones.com/environm…). They may cause asthma-like symptoms, severe inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) (popsci.com/environment/m…).

I think, perhaps, Mick Jagger was singing about Angie Velarde at Giorgi Bros. She's the salesperson you hope and pray for when you're ready to drop a chunk of change, in that she's not really a salesperson. The product sells itself and she knows everything about it. She knows the business like the back of her hand, her design style is impeccable, and you can trust if she's saying it, it's true. She's eloquent, understated, and full of knowledge. If you need furniture, go straight to Giorgi Bros. If you need a salesperson/designer extraordinaire, ask for Angie. (Photos to come when room is complete.)
