We've hired/assigned use of this business for trade shows. Freeman comes with a proclivity towards nepotism due to Freeman managements partisan judgment calls or apparent favoritism during the show process. As San Francisco show tradesmen, we require freight, delivery and staging to setup the booths for the multitude of weekly trade show conventions. It can be a crazy ballet of employees and traders working symbiotically to make the magic work. There are a handful of professional, helpful, competent and exceptional freeman union employees who normally handle all of these needs from floor, decor, forklift to truckers. But, why is it these exceptional employees either aren't always working or are laid off during the in or out of the show and traded out for degenerate backups? It's not understandable why Freeman decorating management chooses to show any employee that is incompetent especially to replace the who are exemplary in their profession and work integrity. Excellent employees who help make the process of trade shows successful, promote for another year of business in the trade show industry.
