Apparently these posts are from years ago, so my assupmtion is the have improved dramatically since the last post. I know for a fact you can pick up your package from this location so that’s another improvement.

Just terrible service. A delivery was scheduled for today, but no one showed up. Or perhaps they did, but I was not informed, and no one rang the doorbell, even though I stayed home specifically for this and waited at the appointed time. I had to go pick it up myself because I needed it for the next day. This is the last time I use this service

Utterly abysmal at delivering packages, they claim to have "attempted" delivery but never leave any door tags or notice that an attempt was made. However they don't even try to deliver packages in the first place! The first time I was willing to forgive, but this is the second package they've neglected to deliver so there's no excusing the incompetence. I'd give this place zero stars if it was possible.

I ordered an expensive package and the shipper shipped it through FedEx Ground. It’s taking more than five days for them to deliver the package and when you call customer service nobody knows where the packages they don’t know if it’s on a truck they don’t know if it’s in the Shipment center. They don’t have any clue where the packages located. They can’t tell you when it’s gonna be delivered but you need to be here to sign for it if it is gonna be delivered so you know basically takeoff all week and expect away all week by your front door and window waiting for a FedEx truck to show up , and if you ask them to redirect it to a store or the location it extends the time for delivery by another 5 days. Don’t even bother trying to call the 800 number that’s listed because it’s a computer that is impossible to get through to or past if you try to make a complaint the people near the end of course they’re very very sorry but can’t do anything about it because it’s above the scope of their work. That was not mine. Overall the absolute worst experience, trying to figure out where your packages have received through FedEx ground.

For an important delivery I was scheduled to receive (registered as no signature required), looking out my front window, I saw the fed-ex driver pull up in front of my house, briefly look in the back of her truck, input something on her device, and drive away. We have an obvious spot to leave packages at our front door, and she did not even get out of her truck. Then I got a notice of non-delivery because I was not home (false). Next day, I got another notice of non-delivery because I was not home; I was actually in front of my house at this false attempted delivery time, and no fed-ex truck ever appeared. I got notice that a final delivery would be attempted the next business day, but having zero confidence in fed-ex any more, I requested pick-up at a fed-ex location (stay tuned). What should have been a quick and easy (for fed-ex) drop off of a no-signature-required package, but one that was still important and time sensitive for me, has caused me quite a bit of disruption. I'm curious how common the fake attempted delivery problem is.

Fedex can never deliver my purchases on time, always delaying! I can't understand how a company that charges so expensive and can even meet a deadline is still working in the mail business. They should start working in the Department of Estorage… because they are very good at storing orders.

Abysmal experience - this place is 30 minutes away from where i live, i called to confirm the hours and was told 8-6pm M-thursday. i arrive at 2 pm on a monday and they are on lunch until 4! they refused to move the package to anywhere closer to me, and every person on the phone shares a different story about why it can’t be delivered.

It has been a month and FEDEX customer service will not help find my package. I'v spoke with manager after manager and they all hanging up on me. Find my package. Connect me with someone who will not hangup with me, and have them connect with me.

There should not be any start for this store, deliver driver never attempt to delivery my package. Did not ring the bell, no door tag. I waited 4 days and no show with no status update until I called to ask where my package is. Then customer service said it's on hold for pick up because they made few attempts. undeliverable!!! I am surprised that you are still in business!!

I wish I could give you negative stars. Fedex as a whole needs to be shut down. Your literal business model is to deliver things. You do not deliver things. Why do you exist? Every time I see a package will be delivered fedex I let a huge sigh and know I'm in for an adventure. You were supposed to deliver my package yesterday. You said you attempted to but the business was closed. That was a flat out lie. The business is never closed at that time and the call box works. You made no attempts. This happens with every single delivery. So I try to call and find out where it's at. There was no direct number listed so I had to call headquarters and ask for the local location number. He gave me a fake number.Then they said they world try to deliver my package today. So I waited.. by 4pm I decided to check the status. It says expected today but currently at one of the locations. So I went to the main one nearby. The woman told me it was the wrong location and gave me the address for where is at. What she didn't tell me was that the location holding it was closed. Thankfully I looked it up before going.How you are in business is beyond me. I will no longer order anything using your lack of service. If I see something that requires fedex I will cancel it. You're a garbage service with garbage employees who don't care and don't deserve work.

Fedx South San Francisco won't say what end of day means. It's after 5p.m. Saturday and no delivery of my two day package. Who knows when it will arrive. Most likely on Monday which is four days. They do this on a regular basis.
