FedEx made 3 delivery attempts to my home. I called 4 times to let FedEx know the delivering must call me; there's no doorbell. They never called. Pkg sent to a pickup FEDEX 2 cities away, where it would be held 5 days. It was returned to original shipper 3 days later. The package is essential. It's caused substantial income loss because of FedEx ineffieciency.

I was directed by FedEx customer support to contact this location directly to find out what is happening with my package, but this location does not have a direct call number.
When the smallest thing goes wrong with FedEx, it is very hard to get customer support to figure out or remediate.

The all-time experience was not good my area delivery driver did not come and delayed the delivery of the overnight priority package 30$ charged FedEx and not time a delivery I am waiting 9 am store.poor service san Francisco 94122

This isn't for the store staff itself but for the horrible customer service line. I've had a package expedited to my address and due to work schedule was never able to sign off on it.Alright that is fair, so I've several different ways to pick up my package. Each time I get progressively more frustrated1. Set a time/day that I am home to sign off on the package.The delivery comes at a completely different day/time which I'm not available.2. Delivery it to another location. For some reason that gets denied. Package gets delayed.3. Have it kept at a fedex location so I can pick up my package. I was told to talk to customer service.Number 3 was the most frustrating part.- I was told it was either lost and not given an answer on to why.- Called another day, I was told I should contact the company and have them redeliver a new package. Why should they do this if you already have my package.- Called every other day asking for help only to be told they would do their best to follow up on where my package is only to be ignored.Now 3 weeks have passed and all those people who said they would contact me via phone call or email to see some kind communication for the status of what happened to my delivery never bothered to reach out.The package was expedited for the next day but now it's 3 weeks passed and still no answer. Hands down the worse experiece I've ever had.

Small store compared to other FedEx outlets but very efficient. It's not a dropoff store, it's a shipping outlet where you can put your stuff in an envelope or a box and the put the shipping labels then ship it out. About 4 registers although only 1 was open on the Tuesday that o was there. There and a short line, about 5 customers, and the line went by fast.Not located in the city centre, somewhere in the industrial past of the city.

Awful Awful Awful. I wish places would offer other shipping service. Every time I see them using FedEx I know it's going to be a headache. This time again was no exception. They don't try to deliver. They just take the package back to headquarters which is no where near me and I don't have a car. Why don't you actually try to deliver? I have a call box. Use it. Fire your drivers.. from now on I won't even order from places using your service.Edit: just tried to call to find out if I could take 2 hours out of me day to go pick it up. The only number connected me to the main customer service. He said I couldn't pick it up. So I asked for the local office number. He reluctantly gave it to me. I called. The number was fake and just went to a busy signal. This whole company is a burning trash fire and needs to be shut down.
