Their drivers LIE! Both yesterday and today, there were failed "delivery attempts." Per customer service, driver claims that he left a door tag. No door tag was there either day. So I checked the security video from our building, and no FedEx truck came by or stopped at the time of the supposed attempt. Two minutes after the second "failed attempt" by FedEx, I actually successfully received a different package via UPS! This is not the first time this has happened, it's actually an ongoing issue with FedEx. They use contractors which is just some guy in a van, not an actual FedEx employee, delivering the package. These contractors don't do their job. Incredibly frustrating.

hudson valley, ny. Fed ex is the worst carrier ever. Dont know what happened to them but they are bad. Packages have been missent, lost, and God only knows who got the stuff. People using them to get you your merch should have their heads examined. This has to be some big snake operations for stealing. Also their website for tracking is BS, cant track nothing, coming or going, they need to be investigated.

Ordered a package requiring signature. Driver claims I missed my delivery because they don't have my unit number in my building. I explained to them it doesn't matter, you can't get into my building, you have to call me in order for me to sign the package. Spoke to customer service, they said it was in the notes and the driver would call me. Never happened, had the same conversation twice and then on the third conversation the supervisor in customer service said she called the distribution center and they said I could pick up the package the next day...I go to fedex ground and they sent my delivery out on a truck! Wasted half a tank of my gas at this point, most incompetent company I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. They lie about everything!

PLEASE STOP LEAVING MY PACKAGES ON THE SIDE OF THE STREET! These people never bother to ring the apartment to open the gate and essentially leave my packages on the side of the street. How in the world is fedex still in business?

I would prefer to give FedEx zero stars. I would NEVER use FedEx again if possible. I'm having a laptop delivered that needed a signature. I was given a 4 hour window 9-2pm. Then it was extended to end of day at 8pm. I waited until 8pm at work. Nothing. Then I get a message I missed the delivery at 8:16pm. The next day I get a 9am-8pm window..Customer service and their management are useless. Who has time to wait ALL DAY for 2 days?

The fact that I had to go to the distribution center to pick up an order sums it up. My order sat on a truck at the center just TWO miles from the delivery address. It sat there for FOUR days; I gave up hope of a delivery so I went to retrieve it.

I have never interacted with such an unorganized, unreliable company like FedEx. Not only do the truck drivers claim they "Attempted" to deliver the package even though I have video proof that there was no FedEx driver that even approached my door step, they take no accountability when I ask them to help me find a resolution where I can get my package. After many excruciating long calls and different responses from different representatives that honestly clash with each others statements, I finally decided I'll just pick up at the distribution center even though it's a 40 minute drive from my house. I have a voicemail telling me to pick up the package from 10AM - 4 PM so I went at 2 Pm just for the security guy to tell me they will be open at 4 PM! Not only did they waste my time, they wasted my gas and my energy. Any business companies using FedEx I will not support purchasing from! This is infuriating. FedEx, if you care about your image you better get your shit together because there are wya better carriers compared to this horrendous company.

Lower than 1 star. I wasted two days, and my package wasn't even delivered. Just got delay and then "Delivery exception,Customer not available or business closed" at 7:25PM. I was home and there was no slip downstairs, how does that happen. This is the worst service, and I still have to waste another day waiting for my package. How bad is this that fedex is using different slip code to cover their a** and blame the customer for "not being here" on their phantom delivery attempt. YMMV, Try at your discretion.

Horrible! FedEx "attempted" my deliveries twice. I was at home and watched the FedEx driver drove by! Twice in two separate days! Whoever the driver was didn't even stop in front of my house nor rang the doorbell. What kind of business is this?! This is not the first time this has happened either. These drivers are just pure lazy. I'm never doing business with FedEx ever again.

0 star for you guys! My package supposed to deliver yesterday but they didn't deliver!! Now here i am waiting to pick up my package! I got here at 7:50am but nobody's here its already 8:20am!!!! The security already called em twice but no one is showing up!!!

AJ is the man! He's head of security at this fedex location and I had a problem with my package and he came and solved the issue for me. He found my package, went out of his way to help me retrieve it then he helped me load the 150 pound package into my small car. He even gave me his own supplies and rope from his own car to help me tie it down to my car. He brought his extra workers to help me out on their time off! Much respect to this man and his crew

I do not Understand why this Specific FedEx Center is So Unreliable. I Receive a Monthly Shipment and for the Past 7 Months they Cannot Simply Attempt to Deliver My Package to the Correct Address or on Time. Last Month I had to Flag Down a Truck 2 Blocks Away and Carry this Heavy Shipment all the Way Home. The Previous Month I had to Pick it Up all the way in San Mateo! They Do Not Have a Direct Customer Service Line Nor does the Normal 800 Customer Service Line Provide any Help or Seem to Be Bothered to Want to Help. I Have Now Requested the Shipper to Use UPS as FedEx has been Terrible. Supervisors are Also Terrible in Providing any Assistance as Well. Ugh! The Frustration with this Location is Too Much for Us Consumers.

If I could good you guys a 0 stars, I would. I would receive packages from work, and each and every time, my package would be opened and missing in items. I don't know why you guys would want a branded work jacket? I bought a new pixel phone from google, and right when it got to your facility, it became "undelivered". I went to facility during visitor pick up hours, and they said it became undeliverable because the item was opened and stolen right before delivery. At your facility. I spoke to someone at a call center, and it seems that items are shipped based on zipcodes. So WHOEVER is handling packages from the zip code at Pacifica, CA- you guys need to be investigated. I was assured from the individual that they will begin an investigation and yet- here we are. Please- keep on stealing from honest folks like us, I will file a police report. I will find you. You will get fired. You will get charged. You will get sued. PLEASE OH PLEASE KEEP GOING, UNTIL I HIT MY BREAKING POINT. Packages stolen so far in 2021: 4 (including a 1K phone) Packages tampered with items missing: 10+ Hey honest-working FedEx Ground people- find these losers at your workplace. YOU GUYS ARE LOOKING SO BAD.

i had meant to update this sometime back but life got in the way. It is my considered opinion that this Fedex facility is staffed with a much higher than average percentage of employees who are larcenous and/or corrupt. My scooter was declared "Lost, Unrecoverable"( Translation= Stolen). The company I purchased it from sent a second one this time with Signature required. i was standing in the lobby of my building watching and waiting for the Fedex truck when the notification "Package Delivered" came up on my cellphone.I looked outside No truck, No Driver, No Scooter. I immediately contacted customer service, told the representative that delivery had NOT been made, and that no Fedex truck had even passed by my building! an "Investigation" proceded (which was concluded in less than twelve hours!) The result?= "Lost, Unrecoverable". The required Signature?= CCCovid. The company I purchased it from had a "Signature" on a delivery slip and considered the matter closed. Fedex Refused my claim. So I am left with no Scooter and a hole in my bank account to the tune of $707.49 and no options for recovery because Fedex answers to no one and there is no agency that has oversight of them. I am disabled and on a Very fixed income. The dishonest and larcenous behavior of the employees of this facility has cost me greatly. And I will Never Forgive or Forget what Fedex has done to Me.
