Great stay! Normally, Embassy Suites is not my go-to hotel as a business traveler but this property broke the mold. Check in was expedient and friendly—shout out to Trevor at the front desk for fantastic service. The room was well-appointed and comfortable. I had zero issues with noise, which is impressive for an atrium hotel. Business services, like document printing, were seamless. Every employee encountered at the hotel was friendly and helpful. I didn’t make breakfast, but it looked like people downstairs were enjoying and the breakfast area set up is very nice. Shuttle service was also run well, though note that it runs every thirty minutes and it’s some distance to the airport. Next time I have business at SFO, I will absolutely be staying here.

No A/C. Super Loud. Stayed here - sorry tried to stay here for a business trip. The first room I got had a balcony door facing the highway that would not close. Then I moved to another room with A/C not working. I told the reception about the problem. They never fixed it. So I spent a night in sticking sweat and did not get an ounce of sleep. I checked out and moved to my friends couch which was more comfortable. The thing that really made me unhappy is that I got charged for early termination. A room I can’t sleep at and I had to pay. Not recommended,stay away.
Rooms: Hot. A/C broken.

The amount of negative review made me reluctant to book at this location, until I read a review stating people need to relax with the bashing reviews because the hotel is actually great. After moving forward with our stay, I must say I couldn’t agree more, this hotel is great and did not disappoint. The only reason I did not give a full 5 star review is because the room had a bit of a stale smell upon first entry. The stale scent was not foul or lingering, it’s me being picky and thorough with my review. We stayed in the corner suite, which I highly recommend. We really enjoyed the breakfast, there were plenty of tasty options. This hotel will be our goto when visiting the area in the future.

Great room! Great breakfast! Great company!!! I just had a all around Great stay. Hot tub and pool was great addition to the stay. Except there was construction going on and the banging and drilling really was annoying. Especially first thing in the morning. Hopefully management fixes that. Maybe next time we won't be woken up with all that noise.

Very close to the airport with nice big rooms. Complimentary breakfast that has all you’d want and the pool also has a hot tub!

A lot of Hidden fees !!!! Go somewhere else you’d think you get robbed by a homeless person or something when you visit SF but nope this hotel fooled me . customer service was below par ! & you’d think they would have a valet person with a couple of parking fees they added but nope .

We stayed at the hotel for one night coming from the airport and before picking up our RV.
The hotel's interior design and amenities exceeded our expectations.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Nearby activities: The kids enjoyed the indoor pool.
Food & drinks: Very good breakfast.

Reception Desk Staff were all helpful. Easy to talk to without hassle. Shout out to Trevor and his team for giving me and my friend a good accommodation before we took our 13 long hour flight.
The rooms are very spacious. The only downside is the carpet by the hallway. And the room stinks as soon as you open the door but eventually gone once AC starts running.

I was in town for one night here and the services and staff were deplorable! We had several issues with the cleanliness of the room, and then was not informed about parking costs, even though the parking gate stayed open the entire time!…I also experienced staff’s professionalism and safety concerns were not even considered. I had to use one of the luggage carts and it fell over on me while I was trying to push it. There was two staff members near by who just watched this happen and did absolutely nothing! What kind of place is this?!…I e never experienced anything like this at a Hilton Hotel. It was ridiculous! I filed a complaint with corporate and I’m still experiencing issues with the Hotel!…They still want to take the money for parking! I honestly feel like they are taking advantage of their customers and took advantage of the graduation event that was taking place!….How disappointing! SMH

We booked through Delta and cancelled within two days of our stay. There was super fine print that the room was non-refundable. I have stayed at many hotels and have never had this come up. I will say that I will never stay at a Hilton again and do a lot of traveling. Not refunding $200 has cost you far more in lost reservations by me and future word of mouth, not that a massive corporation like this would care.

I stay here for a lot for work. Over the last few years the management of this place has just gotten so much worse after every visit now they have this crazy sign when you check in that threatens to evict you. Luckily our work allows us to stay at a different hotel down the road now, so glad we won’t have to give money to companies that welcome their guest this way. The sad thing is this place has a lot of potential, but it’s poorly managed. I hope they can turn it around.
