I had a gift card for $10 I was surprised to find out that I couldn't even get a one topping pizza for under $10 but the employee was able to refer me to a cheesy bread item and so I got that and it was very good.

You will have to wait until your pizza is cold before they decide to stop their “quality check” and give it to you. Wouldn’t say anything about this if it wasn’t a running theme it’s happened many times.

Waited over an hour for my 2 pizzas I paid for online. I sat and watched as 5 guys in the store just joked around not helping the full waiting area. No one wore gloves or washed hands all while pushing sweat off their foreheads and messing with hair. They proceeded to open and close all the food boxes numerous times while not calling out any orders! Zero customer service or hygiene. Never going again

On this visit Store # 7937. Manager Raul made me wait 30min minutes due to the computer system failing. I understand that you must pay for your food. But when money is more important than customer service. Raul choose to call His boss 3 times making sure he got paid while I wait and pay for colder food. Very Disappointed that not even a discount was offered for my patience and time and understanding. 2 stars for this location in South San Francisco CA.

Customer Service is non existent.Delivery driver DEMANDED I give him a cash tip even though I tipped on my card already… He got really irate with me when handing off the pizza. I called the store and was placed on hold for 15 minutes until a manager came and said “Okay..?” In a very unbothered tone, as if I was the issue.Food is horrible by dominos standards, small portion of toppings and no sauce makes the pizza very dry.

I talked to "Sean" (I'm pretty sure he lied about his name.) I had an order problem and he was very argumentative over the phone. Then the phone was handed to Angrej the manager who was instantly hostile and argumentative. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My problem was never resolved and I never got a refund for an order they made a mistake on.
