Called, didn't understand what I wanted done (simple circle car decal). didn't/couldn't want to meet face to face at their business location. Claimed staff was too busy/no one at the office and had a big job to deal with for the city. They told me to email them which I did. They never got back to me. Unfortunately it seems retail is going to get pushed aside.

Great customer service, amazingly working online with different state and time zone. We been placed large die cut stickers for windows they turn them asap, nicely shipped with digital mock ups and changes before production. Will recommend decalsf as a supplier 100%

These reviews have to be fake. I tried to get work estimated for custom vehicle decals using 3M 2080 (considered the best in the industry) and they said that it was unable to be diecut, despite knowing that is patently false. Terrible customer service. And now the owner is sending my email and phone number to car dealers across the nation as retaliation for a bad review.

Highly recommend! Called with urgent request, needed a new vinyl sign door and front store windows vinyl with die cut and 3 color design. They helped with a mock up and measurements, made a few small adjustments, and everything was good to go! Great production, amazing quality and price. They provided us with all details on how to care, install and remove it if need be. Great vinyl shop with friendly staff and 5 star service!
