This is my favorite Costco in the Bay Area. It sells a vast array of goods, many of which are intended for use in fine restaurants. The checkout lines move rather quickly, parking is always available and the staff is helpful and polite.

A good place to buy meat compared to the regular Costco locations.

It is a business center designed for busy business customers who know what they need and are in a hurry. Unlike a typical Costco, they don't take the time to pamper the customer. I am giving a rating of two stars due to the lack of training among the employees. I must agree with some of the reviewers who pointed out that there are some employees who are rude. They have a negative attitude because they need to restock the shelves whenever a customer buys something. I asked questions to the backup employee at Costco when the regular meat manager was not available. I inquired about the availability of additional prime-cut roasts. He said there was nothing left. I inquired about the roasting boxes located at the bottom. He mentioned that those were not meant for customers, yet the very next day, there were eight roasts available. I prefer an honest response of "I don't know" or "check tomorrow." I should have checked with one of the store managers, who are always knowledgeable and helpful.

Cashier's pounds on the conveyor belt to signal next inline instead of a verbal nudge. Very impolite.

My home base is in Ohio. There are no costco business centers within a few hundred miles. But in San Francisco, there is one 11 miles away by car or 45 minutes! First of all, if you are a costco member, you can shop here. Of course, they have tons of stuff for businesses, hence Costco BUSINESS center. But they have a myriad of other stuff that you won't find at regular costco. I was hoping they had the single serving Crystal Light, nope, but they had just about every kind of drink you could wish for. No alcohol though. I noticed that the frozen Korean chicken was not marked at the sale price, so I purchased that a regular costco 2 miles away. Nearly bought some marzipan, but it said peanuts, so upon closer examination, it wasn't Marzipan but some sort of Hispanic candy. They do have a well stocked freezer section. Meat, dairy, and produce are in this gigantic refrigerated room. I had my eye on this big tube of ground beef. Can't remember if it was 5 or 10 pounds. $4 a pound, but I had no space. Cheeses and lunch meats go from convenient sizes to something a deli owner would buy. I put the insurance on my car to come here, and I was glad hubby was driving. I had a good time despite no samples. Restrooms are clean as is the store. I found chocolate macadamia candy from Hawaii on clearance. They had a bag of mixed seafood, including scallops and calamari. But I had no space and hubby is not big on seafood. Worthwhile trip. Now onto the Costco down the road.

We were driving by and I decided to stop. The parking lot is small but if you go early it should be fine. They have a lot of items if you are selling some type of food. They have some items you can not find at regular Costco. The refrigerator was huge here. They had a lot of large packs of meat. They had whole pigs and goats. I found a box of large pretzels for $10. There was also a large selection of yogurt. They had a lot of chaboni yougurts. Also they had a good selection of snacks and a larger selection of chips. They don't have a food court here. Overall they had a lot of cool items here and prices were good.

We frequently visit the Business Costco in South San Francisco for stationery, bulk purchases, and more. I highly recommend this location, especially if you're organizing an event or conducting business-related shopping. The customer service is friendly, and it's worth noting that they are now open on Sundays as well. Great location with easy access from Hwy 101.

Great place to visit for shopping for your Bussines. Lots of goods and quality remains as their legacy. Unfortunately they closed their food Court after covid.

Great store for business quantity food items and restaurant supplies. The kitchen equipment is very price competitive. The refrigerator section is huge and offers a variety of cheese's, yogurts, and meats. The freezer section is stocked with various types of vegetables and meats. The Costco business store full fills my needs on all levels. The Business Center does not offer clothing, Rotisserie Chicken, or Gas. You will have to travel 2 exits for these items.

Caters towards businesses. However there is a wide variety of groceries not available at regular consumer Costco. For example there is a great variety of drinks, and the cold box has a great variety of meat, with all different cuts. Usually not as busy as a regular Costco. A little tricky to drive there. Sometimes the two types of Costco will have the same item, but one or the other discounts and the other has regular price. Cold biz is pretty chilly without a jacket. There used to be jackets to borrow but they disappeared. No food court, they said not enough business so closed it.

Workers gotta smile more. They need to remember that they're representing the Costco Wholesale Retail Corporation. They act like they don't want to be there. The greeter was the only one that smiled and said GOOD MORNING ?.. everyone else didn't even make eye contact and bothered looking... so sad.Otherwise, I like going here, cause it opens earlier than the other 2 in my area, which are always packed.
