I always stop here to get the 50 lbs bags of bread flour and jasmine rice. Great prices. The staff is cool. There a fewer customers than the traditional Costcos a few miles away. This is my favorite business Costco in the US.

You can use the regular membership card to get in. Many items are mostly sold in box with individually wrap. The cold area is bigger than the regular costco, it has many items. There's no hotdog, pizza etc here.
