Watch out when you book Costco Travel. Refund or credit they claimed has lots of restriction. Make sure to understand the fine lines. For example, the agent told me that they'll give credit if the price drops of the vacation package. When I called, the other agent told me that they cannot give credit to the airline price drop and can only give credit for the hotel price drop. I wished that I knew this before I made booking... disappointed about their agent and all the restrictions...

love Costco. My prescriptions are so much cheaper at Costco pharmacy compared to Walgreen or CVS

The services at the tire center are miserable. I tried to call to make an appointment for warranty purposes and they put me on hold for over thirty minutes. They can use more help in the department. Besides, the attitude of the personnel at the tire center is very rude and unprofessional. Maybe I should have purchased my tires at America's Auto instead.

This location was pleasantly not super congested like some other locations I've been to. Not sure if it was just the early time that we came by or if it's generally like this. But their parking lot also feels less crowded. The warehouse also feels a little more spacious, it felt like there was more room to move through the aisles. Each Costco has your core selection of offerings but also each location has some unique selections that other locations don't have. I might have overdone it a bit as there were so many things that I wanted to try. Lines were short and quick to get through, the person boxing my items did a great job getting everything organized into one box.

My go-to Costco! Great for commuters, right off 101, gas station, usually fairly empty and easy to find items. Much better than the terrible SOMA SF Costco experience. And McDonald's drive through is right next door.

So as friends, family and Co-Workers (Yeah I am talking about you) will attest we have a obsession with Costco. So much so we have a set of Costco Rules we live by (after the review). I am not sure why I never got around to this review. We do actually stop at this one a decent amount. A Costco Business warehouse is about a mile away. So we typically plan on stopping at both albeit sometime just for gas at this location. This one is you typical Costco. It is of the large variety and the food court is enclosed as a separate are (still attached to the building). It follows the typical flow from electronics and sale items, to household goods to booze, produce, meat, dairy and eggs, then the sundries, freezer section etc. Customer service is the typical friendly and on point we expect. While they have alot of parking it almost always seems to be a struggle to find a spot. As I stated in my review of the the Mountain View location, we do have some rules to help keep our obsession under control:1) NEVER EVER go in hungry. That 25 gallons of dill pickle chips is much easier to resist on a full stomach.... true story there.2) Avoid the free samples. People seem to lose their minds with this stuff. They abandon carts with crying babies, block isles, etc all to get that tiny portion of hummus. I have been shoved aside by someone desperate to get a free piece of cheese. Honestly I have seen more dignity from actual starving people in a disaster zone but I digress.3) Avoid the weekends like the plague.4) See #15) Go often. Costco uses alot of psychology and the fear of missing out is one of them. Odd items you must have pop up then go never to return. I CAN'T MISS OUT AGGGGGGG6) Know your codes: At costco any price ending in 0.97 means it has been marked down. Any price that is not a 0.99 or .97 such as say 0.49 means it has a manufacturers discount. and price with an * on it means its done and will not be reordered so stock up. If it ends in a .00 or a 0.88 a manager has reduced the price at that location to clear it out.7) When in an unfamiliar city head to the Costco. They always stock local items you can't find at yours (like two pounds of single origin Kona coffee for 30.00 at the Kilaua / Kona store etc.) and have cheap gas.

Love how the Snack area is away from carded entrance. Meaning Anyone (nonmembers can come in) even though I'm a member. And there's a See's candy shop across from them. Haven't been there yet. But that's another story

This is a location that don't check your Costco card, if you just want to go into the food court. Before the pandemic, they had BBQ sandwiches, chicken caesar salads and polish sausages. Those are no longer available, along with the free chopped onions to go with the hot dog. I look forward to getting a hot dog every time after shopping here. Good times.

This is definitely my go to Costco location because it's easier to get to and is a lot less crowded. The biggest plus side about this specific Costco is that you can go to their food court without a Costco membership so you can indulge in their affordable pizza and hotdogs without worrying about not having a membership card. This Costco provides good service as well and they provide a great range of items. Everything in the sections for produce, bakery, etc. are all fresh. They also have a nice amount of Asian food and snacks. Most recently I picked up Boba Tea Mochi which were a pleasant surprise with how tasty they were. I definitely would recommend coming to this Costco.

Wow. A huge selection of Asian snacks to satisfy the family's cravings. Many unique taste treats. The line for gas was long when we stopped by on a Saturday. On Monday morning we were returning our rental car to the airport and need to fill the tank. A much shorter line with an amazing low price of $6.199/regular gallon. Believe it or not, for the Bay Area this price was a bargain. Plus convenient for car rental return.

My go-to Costco for years while living in SF! The Costco on 10th street is pretty inconvenient to go to and the Costco on El Camino is always packed. This Costco is a good in-between as it's not too crowded at times (inside to shop and the gas lines). I'd have to say though, that there are a couple of downsides to this Costco:This place does lack some products compared to the El Camino one, but I guess that's why that Costco is way more crowded. I find myself missing out on a few things that seem to be inconsistently stocked here.Whenever at Costco, you always gotta grab a rotisserie chicken for the cheap gains. However, this has happened more than once towards the end of the day, when a line to grab a chicken forms. People start grabbing 5 chickens for some reason. They got a family of 12 to feed or something? I feel like there should be a limit on how many chickens you get as there have been times when I leave Costco without my protein fix! Also, one incident I dropped my chicken bake in the parking lot (LOL) and the person at the food court couldn't give me another one, but oh well I understand since my receipt was marked off and a chicken bake is only $2.99 anyways. Good thing I didn't drop a whole pizza!

I've been coming there every week for shopping and I've enjoyed it many times. Parking is plentiful and I have no problems in finding it. Gas is very affordable there especially during tough times.
