location is a short enough walk to south san francisco downtown. front desk was pleasant, room is adequate, location near airport is nice for my early morning journey. for the most part you probably know what you're getting - except for the internet, which is why my 3 stars. gave up and used my phone hotspot for a bit for my laptop. back on the hotel internet now, but it is still frustrating. simply browsing and doing some basic stuff is a lot more painful than it should be. my sustained ping of 441 packets suffered 23.6% packet loss. really pretty awful. it does seem to come and go in bouts. particularly frustrating if trying to do a little work on a laptop; this would be completely unusable for zoom. another round of 97 pings and 9.3% packet loss. this may be as good as it gets.

The room has a smell and I think it’s from the carpet. Breakfast was pretty plain with fried processed eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagel.The key to the room did not work and we had to run back and forth for help.You can hear the next room taking a shower or running the water.The hotel is close to the airport. However, compared to other hotels within similar price range, this hotel has lower quality, so I don’t recommend it.Rooms: Smelly carpet, hair found on the bed, can hear noise from the next door bathroom.

Comfort Inn and Suite has been the best stay I have ever had. Believe me, I am picky. This hotel hands down has been the most peaceful and quiet stay ever. I think we all can enjoy peace and rest. So far I have spent seven days here. I must say the stay has been amazing; better than I expected. The front desk staff is excellent. Take my word they go over and beyond providing quality service. Even the housecleaning staff provide clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is very tasty; they serve a variety of healthy foods. The hotel is clean and the decor is put together nicely. I don’t understand why this hotel isn’t filled with people. I promise you, you won’t regret your stay. If you are looking for peace please come here. I most definitely recommend this hotel to others for short and long stays.Rooms: Spacious and clean. Nice decoration throughout the room. Mattress very comfy.

Wanted to come down here to rest as we are halfway from Washington to California. The rooms were very interesting. The beds and room were clean and comfy, but for some reason the bathroom took up too much space than it should have, which was a weird design choice, and the bathroom was also WAY more clean and modern than the actual hotel room. At least they had breakfast

These guys are pulling some shady stuff with security deposit. I was told by the front desk that it will be reverted back, and they never reverted those charges. The rooms are aweful and reeked of marijuana. The hotel is right behind a train station, so good luck getting any sleep. Want to park your car? Good luck. There’s no space. I saw a person who had his pets locked up in the car overnight coz they dont have a decent pet policy. I was forced to get a room in this hotel coz I decided to plan a last minute client visit. I do not recommend this to anyone.

Booked the hotel online on a third party vendor and got what I thought was a great deal! Front office person was not the friendliest person but accommodating. The rooms looked to be recently somewhat updated but you had your essentials tv, microwave, fridge nice king size bed small bathroom. Breakfast was great every morning with fresh waffles and sausage bacon eggs juices and coffee. Jacuzzi unfortunately was out of service and the trains pass every hour with construction near by. But I enjoyed my stay over all not sure if I would go back even though it's centrally located to many food places which is convenient.

Worse experience ever!Due to flight cancellation, I was offered for a hotel accommodation with this cheap hotel close to San Francisco airport.Not only the hotel staffs are super unprofessional and unfriendly, the hotel room is old school, motel-like equipped.When asked for luggage cart, hotel staffs did not provide any assistance, I was told to wait until others return the cart so I am able to use. This is very upsetting because we do have six luggages, and had to hand carry them from lobby to our hotel room without any assistance.The free breakfast is also below average. Not much of choice and dining area is right next to check in counter, limited seating and unorganized.If anyone ever consider making hotel reservation close to San Francisco airport, I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
