i had the pleasure of working with City Business Shipping when i received by new couch and bedroom set. The 2 man crew work carefully and efficiently. Getting the boxes into my unit was a challenge, but they made sure not to touch any of the walls or surfaces in my unit. They were polite and accommodating to all my requests of placement of the items. I was so impressed that I even contacted the place where I placed my order.

I’ve been using city business shipping for the past 21 years for all my local and international shipping and they’ve been nothing but amazing, the guys give 100% of themselves to make sure everything goes smooth, highly recommend.

"Delivered" large expensive items by dumping them outside and blocking the front entrance of my condo building, instead of even trying to deliver them inside the door. Would not recommend their services.

This is not a review of their services because I am not a customer. One of their drivers innocently swiped my car. I talked to management and with the highest integrity, took responsibility for the incident, and promptly addressed the resulting repairs. They are honest folks and would I recommend any anyone.
