I went to this bank because the one closer to my home was so busy! When I walked in, I was greeted right away by Personal Banker Geoffrey Manalo. I was there to resolve a situation with my mother's account. Needless to say, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. What I thought would be a long process, he cleared up the situation rather quickly so my mother did not have to be in the bank for a very long time. He referred me to the teller (Asian gal - sorry I didn't get her name). She in turn was very helpful in helping me complete my transaction, even escorting me to the ATM machine outside to be sure the transfer went through without any hitches. I don't think I would have received the same service in the first bank I went to. Thank you to Geoffrey and the teller for a pleasant experience!

Poorly managed and highly discriminating. This branch is not always open during business hours because of management. Arrived at the entrance about to go in, a guy by the ATM machines comes out of nowhere(doesn't identify himself as Citibank staff) blocks my path and rudely asked if I am going to see a teller. He had a Citibank name tag "Gregory". When I replied yes, he said the bank is closed because they were short-staffed and had to take lunch break. I can see there were customers inside and more than one Citibank staff on hand. Other branches would had desk staffs assist customers with transactions. This unprofessional behavior had happen consistently with this branch.

Very bad service. Even with your own money, you cannot get the amount you needed. Do not go to the cashier PHO. Never going back here.

CitiBank overall is suck!!!! they held you money hostage, they steal money from you. Your bill will clear now and two weeks after same bill will either bounce back or will clear again That's why balance on my spreadsheet never the same with them. Every month I will lose $300 - $400, they will say "they will investigate" for how many months now still nothing but stealing money from my account still continues. I already reported them to business bureau.

Every time I come in which has become pretty often lately, Im taken care of as a valued client. The staff is very friendly, personable & takes the time to listen to my concerns. Tiffany is always a pleasure to run into when I visit, and so are the other kind bankers. I felt like taking the time to write this review - because Im very appreciative of their service. It's weird to see that many on this page had bad experiences. Any who, its a 5/5 in my book.

I've been with Citibank for 10 years. I honestly don't know why I haven't changed banks yet but after this I probably will. I lost my card November 16. I put a lost/stolen report the very next day. Two days later I received an email starting my card would be arriving on December 2 so I called customer service asking for an expedited card because I couldn't wait that because I had bills that needed to be paid. He told me he could order me a new card but the soonest it would arrive would be Monday November 25 he also told me I could go to the bank for a temporary. Friday went to the bank. 2 tellers and 2 people at the desk. I asked the teller if she could help me get a temporary card she said only a manager can do that and she was a a customer. There was another guy there just sitting playing on his computer ignored me didn't ask if I needed anything just kept on his computer while the manager was still having a non bank conversation with a older gentleman. I waited 20 min told her what happened and what customer service told me about getting a temporary until my card comes on Monday. She made me a new card but not once did she tell me it would cancel the card I was going to get on Monday. So when I received my new card on Sunday yes it came early. When I called to activate me told me that was the correct card and she couldn't do anything about it my card would come in December. Stupid bank! They need more employees and better trained on communication. So now I'm stuck where I began everything is getting cancelled because it hasn't been paid and I'm really pissed!!

The first time I went there was to open an IRA CD. The person we were talking to hadn't a clue. She said we had to go to a different branch, which is fine- I get that not all branches can do all things. But she loaded us up with brochures that made it clear she didn't understand what we wanted. Today I went back to open a simple, non-IRA CD. It should have been easy. The same transaction at Stirling took maybe 5 minutes. But after they had all the necessary information for the account, the person helping me (she was the manager) started asking me a lot of questions that were frankly none of Citibank's business. She wanted to know where I used to work. When I balked, she said she was going to need information about my pension as well. I was not allowed to decline to answer. The only reason I can see for questions like that is data mining. Because I refused to answer those questions, she wouldn't allow me to open an account. I just called Stirling - they promised me no b.s. questions and I will hand them a check tomorrow. Citibank bites.

Due to the demographic of its customers, this yelp review won't be seen by any people using this bank. They probably still have rotary phones. This bank, it's workers, (the old lady at the handicap counter) and the manager from Saturday all need various levels of customer service and training. Came in to cash a check on a Saturday. Because of the Labor Day holiday they need to call In because of high dollar amount. Came back Tuesday as instructed. And they can not cash check period because of a non member policy. Asked to see the policy in writing.nothing. That check amount wasn't the issue Saturday. And regardless of being a member of your shitty bank, you guys have a check with money due to me.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and that's an understatement. I went in this morning to cash my check and waited in line patiently for about 10 minutes. The line was long and people were frustrated . I waited in the line that is solely for check cashing customers (Non customers) As I was waiting people that arrived after and I did were being helped. The teller PAULINE POGH looked over at me and said, "I have to attend Citibank customers first then we can assist you". I replied " I was here before all these people arrived" and she said she still could not help me. At this point, I was LIVID. I told her I needed to talk to a manager and she gave me attitude and told me I would have to wait. WTF!? The people that were up next were kind enough to let me go ahead of them. I gave PAULINE my check and she continued to tell the customers behind me that it's policy to help clients that have existing CITIBank accounts. I was frustrated and told her, she needed to move forward and help me so that the people in line could be helped ASAP. She then said she couldn't cash my check because i didn't have my physical SSC.. I explained to her that I've cashed my checks numerous amount of times without any problems. (She was giving me a hard time) Then she says to me rudely, " You don't have a bank to cash your check" If I did or didn't, It was none of her concern. Who the F*** asks a customer that kind of question? The customers in line SIDED with me. Obviously this was lady was going on a power trip. It's not ok to treat customers like this.. Unprofessional and rude. I never write negative reviews but felt this was necessary.

Worst bank ever they have a separate line for none customers and they make me wait after I got there first I have to wait for 5 people with an account to go first I will never will let any one to give me a check from this bank treating people differently worst bank I have ever cash a check and I cash all the time from many different banks and even after all they ask you many questions before they can cash a check

The Customer Service here is horrible!!! Management needs to address. Customer service is the most important aspect and something this branch does not know to provide to customers.
