This is not a chase bank. No services. It’s basically a nice lobby with ATM’s… but if that’s all you need then it’s good

Location for this branch is excellent! Right beside my favorite coffee shop. The music they're playing inside the bank is too loud to the point that you have to speak louder to customer service and everyone else already heard the transaction you're trying to make.

This location the tellers can't handle CASH. Cash is by ATM only. Despite this, the staff and manger is wonderful. Quick when opening accounts and servicing. Or as quick as can be. After using them a few times, they started to recognize me and always friendly.

This bank is amazing I walked in and I was immediately brat greeted by the manager Carmen Martinez Wong she was super helpful friendly professional and automatically was able to address my name in the deli. Unfortunately. They do not have many human tellers. But they have many cash dispensing devices.

Don't come here if you can help it. I stopped in on 12/11 at around 11:20am for a cashiers check. Receptionist guy asked if I had my ID and debit card. I don't usually carry my debit card with me but usually this is not an issue at Chase. He said it was fine but he needed two forms of ID. I gave him my Apple Card which has my name on it and he said that doesn't count. I asked why and he said it needs to be be issued by a bank. I said it is issued by a bank, showed him the Goldman Sachs logo. He said it needs to be issued by Mastercard or Visa. I showed him the Mastercard logo. He then said it doesn't count because it doesn't have a credit card number on the back. I explained that it was a security feature of the card and showed him the details in the app. He refused and said I needed a different card. Seems like he was looking for any excuse not to leave his chair. Overall he was really rude and I had to ask for a manager so they could handle what I was asking for. Turns out that what I provided was totally acceptable. Manager apologized and took the rude guy in the back to help him. Rude guy came back, gave me my cashiers check, then said next time I needed to bring a card with a number engraved on it or they wouldn't help me. Told him the manager didn't have a problem with it and wanted to know why he (basically a receptionist) cared so much. If you don't want to help customers then go find some other job where you don't have to deal with people. To the manager that did help me, thank you. I appreciate it.
