This Chase bank is very close to Trader Joe's and Costco so it's a very convenient location. I went on a Saturday afternoon and there was barely any customers so I didn't have to wait at all. I wanted to open a checking account with Chase and I got an appointment immediately with their banker Kate who was nice enough to meet with me despite having an another appointment in 40 minutes or so. She was very quick, efficient, and explained everything very well. She was very kind and easy to communicate with. Definitely some of the best customer service that I've gotten in a long time. You can tell she's passionate about her job and cares about the customer. I would definitely recommend this Chase bank because I had a pleasant experience with the customer service from all of their staff members overall.

Short staffed and long line. Able to take check deposits with no cash back however can not provide receipt.

I always go to this chase branch and the service is great. Alejandra and Ravina are very welcoming. They work very fast and get the job done. This is the best chase branch I have been to.

I came in about a week ago and needed help with a wire transfer, Nadia assisted me making this transaction smooth and effortless. Not only was she knowledgeable about the ins and outs but her demeanor was extremely pleasant and friendly, thanks again Nadia for all your help, it's much appreciated.

My goodness what a pleasant surprise and friendly staff this Chase location has especially Nadia!! We came into get a joint savings account after getting married recently and to change my account name. Nadia from the beginning was so professional and loving and did so much more than just that to help us out. She genuinely cares about your story and she went out of her way to spend hours taking care of every single speed bump and rushed all cards to come to us faster.. we didn't even ask for that she just thought that's the right thing to do, amazing. She was working way past her lunch too we're just super impressed. Ideal customer service rep! Plus like two people came by just to say how much she means to them to her wow she's on the demand. Way to go Nadia!

Excellent branch. I have always had exceptional service here and the staff works really hard. They also put more effort into making the waiting area nice than most other chain banks in the area. Wait times are short and it is clean.

Just my quiet, neighborhood Chase bank. Parking on the street is metered, but there's free (but limited) retail parking within the residential development on either side of the street (the alleyway between Chase and Trader Joe's)

EVERY time we stop to use this ATM it's broken or out of service? Why? Take time Chase and please FIX your ATM.
