I came because of good reviews, but unfortunately very disappointed in my service. I got a regular pedicure. The color was nothing like the sample, which I can get past, but my feet look worse than when I came in. My toes are cut at all different lengths and shapes, with color on my skin and two toes drew blood. I went home and had to shape my nails and remove color on my skin. There were more customers than staff so I was too uncomfortable to say something, but very disappointed in the service.

First time for eyelash extensions. I had just started recently getting lash extensions but the place I went to only did lashes on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I wanted to go somewhere close and with easy parking. I needed a lash fill badly, it had only been almost 2 weeks. I read a review "I've been going to Ai for nails and lash extensions for 6 years". That's all I needed to read and booked my appointment on line for the next day. Wow, amazing. So thorough and detailed with information, for aftercare and skill. Ai is so welcoming, I felt like I had been doing there for years. She had a very nice customer and we chatted. I really love my lash extensions. I am so happy for the review I read and for taking the chance to go. Thank you Ai to you and your wonderful team

I did a walk in around 10 AM and was helped instantly! I was very impressed by the attention to detail during my pedicure (the service lasted almost an hour). It's clear they clean and sanitize their tools which is a huge plus! You can call ahead and make a reservation! This isn't the fanciest nail salon but they do great work. Would come back.

Me and my daughter have been going to this place since my daughter was in 4th grade (She's in highschool now). She was sad when Mary left but Kathy & Tina are really great too. Her current favorite is Luna, she gives her a little extra massage after her pedicures. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It was never just a business-customer relationship. The owner, Ai, asks about her school and gives her hugs. It's a popular spot, so prepare to wait a little on busy days even with appointments. They value your time but they make sure each customer leaves happy, so some work takes a little longer than others. If you are not fully satisfied with their work, please let them know and they will be happy to fix it.

It was my 4 year old daughter's first time ever going to a nail salon and it's safe to say SHE LOVED IT! It was also my first time and Ai and her team treated my daughter, sister, 3 year old niece and I like family. Her team was so welcoming and gentle and always including us in her conversation. The vibes in the room was very welcoming and friendly, seeing all of us were just walk ins. Ai offered us snack and water while we were there. Will definitely be coming back!

Extremely annoyed. I called to see if they had availability and was told to come in at 11am. Once I arrived I was told it would be a 15 min wait. —I gave them 20 mins. before I inquired about how much longer the wait time would be. My time is valuable and I had work a couple hours later. If they were not able to see me in a timely manner then they shouldn’t have scheduled me for a time that doesn’t actually work so that I can go elsewhere. Complete waste of my time and unprofessional on their part.

Best nails I have ever gotten. Employees are so nice and fun and the price is great especially for the longevity and quality. The products are so high quality, my nails are so healthy now. Designs are so good! 10/10 recommend.

Before COVID19, I would bring my mother 93 years old to see the owner of salon for a manicure & pedicure with relaxing foot massage & chair massage. Genuinely kind & gentle treatment the best care & concern. Value kind hearted honesty in our community. I recently returned for myself for manicure & pedicure. Then Ai offered to wax my eyebrows, beautiful job! So professional, such a perfectionist. Definite a wonderful experience every time, enjoy all her care & concern for her customers.

It's more or less since I was a client and the last time I took two friends and my mother, we got a manicure and I realized that each worker works in their own way which I thought was one way for all clients because to me Mom didn't get water nails and they did for me and the owner told me: they work their way so I didn't think so, that's all I can say and the work is good but not very good on another occasion. hit the nail on the nail.

Today I went to get a pedicure and the massage that the person who attended me gave me was something very simple for what they charge. It seems to me that it is in very bad taste when I want to pay the lady ask me if I have cash for the tip.
I believe tha tip is something that the person gives voluntarily without anyone having to tell them, it is already known that a service is obtained, we have to give a tip without being asked or asked if you have cash well, if you pay with a card right there you can put it.
I really don't want to return that place anymore
