Our vehicle's alternator had gone out and we managed to get a lucky rolling stop in a gas station lot. It was 10pm on a Saturday night and we were not close to our home. Initially, we called our Nationwide Insurance for roadside assistance. However, the experience was so sadly awful, and we were expected to wait up to two hours for a tow. I immediately Googled for a close tow service and found Bob Jr's Towing with great ratings. Their ratings were correct. Our call was answered with a polite and empathetic response. The gentleman on the line said he can have a truck to us in 20 minutes...it took 15. The service driver, Pete, was really good and professional. He was courteous and very fast and efficient. The drive in a tow truck can be agitating and awkward. However, Pete was very nice and we had a comfortable conversation to our tow destination. The truck was a top-notch piece of machinery. Bob Jr stocks his fleet with new tow trucks that is impressive to observe from both inside and outside the rig. It's features rivals a new premium passenger truck and rides like a Cadillac. A great investment to a great business. Pete got our car to our mechanic and positioned it perfectly on a metered street where it would not incur a ticket. We chatted a little more regarding our vehicle and Pete gave us some great insight regarding it's diagnosis. Pete made sure that our pickup we arranged (Uber) was good to go and thanked us for our patronage. All things considered, what we thought was a bummer way to end our date-night, ended up not being so bad as it could have been, thanks to the fast and professional treatment that Bob Jr's Towing and their field service rep, Pete, provided us. Oh, and the cost...incredibly reasonable and fair. Don't pass up this company when in need. Thanks!

I came in to retrieve my car and was 20 min late after the office closed. A worked saw me and helped me out even when he didn’t need to, and was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. I forgot his name but I had a Hyundai Sonata. This was definitely the best experience I’ve had with a tow company, 5 stars!

Bob Jr's Towing was a huge life-saver. Jim was super amazing and was such a rockstar. He/Bob Jr's Towing was able to move my stagnant truck from the front of the house into the driveway easily, perfectly, and professionally. The price was super reasonable - and I really appreciated Jim's kindness and Bob Jr's Towing urgency when I had called them for such a last minute tow. Couldn’t have been easier and more convenient. Very nice and understanding and got to me and my car in 20 minutes. Very professional, safe, and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, I hope I don’t need these guys again but if I do, I’m calling them!

Fast and efficient, called and was towed the same day. My car was towed safely and timely to the shop I had requested. The man that towed my car was friendly and easy to talk to, my experience was great and I'll call them for any towing needs.

Worst tow company ever, They did not know how to open the door they pulled the car out of the spot incorrectly. Sucks to have them do the service. I'm pretty sure they're in business just a tow cars and make a money on the impound.

My deepest gratitude goes out to Bob Jr's Towing Inc. and Ed (who helped changed out my flat tire) today! Around 9:30am today, I ran over a huge pot hold in the middle of an intersection heading to the 101 freeway. Flat tire instantly! Requested road side assistance from my care insurance company and literally waited for 2 hours and no update for any tow trucks to help me. I cancelled my request and decided to go the out-of-pocket route. Found Bob Jr's Towing Inc. and saw that they were 24 hours! I requested for help and within 30 mins I was relieved to see Ed, who changed my tire for me. Excellent out of pocket cost, quick service for a Sunday. I highly recommend Bob Jr's Towing service.
