BMO Bank took over Bank of the West and since then I have been extremely dissatisfied with their services. I transferred money from Charles Schwab Che king to cover all bills and it was a bank to bank wire transfer and they held the money in pending status and would not pay my mortgage -- I called a the first person that helped me said the payment would be on the 16th and it was due on the 15th. I called again and spoke with another person at BMO and they said the payment would go through on the 15th but it was still pending so this was not the truth. Either way my credit report will have its first mark of a late mortgage which upsets me since I don't do late payments. So I am leaving BMO-- I banked at Bank of West since I was -6 and I am 62z it saddens me that big banks can do this to people like me

Called customer service for 2 days in a row for 2.5 hours each, transferred to one dept and kept getting disconnected- one rep said she will call me back if we get disconnected but never did ! I have a different issue when I called but coz of the poor customer service, I decided to close my account. Also I have not heard of a bank that have 0% interest and the amount is almost 150k not 150 dollars! They just lost a customer for poor customer service.

hands down the worst bank in the world! do not let them touch your money! they dont help, they lie, torture and take! worst customer service ran by bunch of miserable awful bad college drop outs! opened a secured credit card and they wont close it and return my $500! they are making me go into default and they all have different stories and dishonest promises! nothing consistent or right ever! i wish the worst for them as they are criminals and should be in prison! wish i never stepped foot in that place! do not bank at bank of the worst! ghetto ghetto ghetto!

There's a lady in the office who is the manger of checking. Very rude. She treated me like as if I was nothing. She's a very old (Asian) with glasses. She even threw the pen at me. I don't want to see her again if she can't give customer service. No wonder this bank has a one star rating. How disappointing.

Talk about an extreme makeover!!! I used to dread coming here and avoided it like the plague. But the last dozen times or so has been nothing shy of a Fantabulous experience. I was assisted by the new manager there, Ron Cheng, and I must say that bank of the west has regained my faith and trust in their organization. Great financial advice along with a friendly service, score. Philz Coffee across the street, double score.

They're all d*** asses here. Shut this location down! Reeducate the employees on how to work at the bank in which they're employed. They're all useless! Why is this location even in existence? Y'all have S*** service!
