3 times I’ve been there and I never get anything done! Terrible experience, they’re not willing to help. Today right after I was told I couldn’t be helped there I went to another place and I got it done instantly.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!AFTER WAITING 30 MINUTES FOR THEM TO OPEN AT 10AM, I WAS TOLD BY THE BANKER I CANT BE HELPED AND TO LEAVE. ALL I NEED IS A NEW BANK CARD. THE BANKER SAID INHAVE APPOINTMENTS ALL MORNING YOU HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH. I SAID IM HAPPY TO WAIT AND SHE TOLD ME NO I HAVE TO GO BECAUSE I CANT BE HELPED!

This place is a joke. I walk in and am told there are no tellers today. Many people walked out and were irritated. I was told if I wanted to make a deposit with a person I would have to wait for someone in the office. I asked specifically for a deposit that needs to go through today to have funds and the bank employee tells me to use the ATM machine to find out it’s available tomorrow. He would have recommended me to go to a branch to cash the check and deposit it. So irritated and what a waste of time. Taking my money elsewhere!

I gave them one star because I had to, they deserve zero stars. We had an appointment with an associate at the Serramonte Daly City branch but when we arrived to that branch we were met at the entrance by the security guard who informed us that the bank was closed due to power outage. I could see the associate we were scheduled to meet and asked him if he would call us back to re-schedule or we should call him. Grant it, the week before he had met with and gave us his business card. He was called 4 times to as we had a question. No voicemail and the phone rang and rang. That was last week. We called the customer service phone number per his instructions as one of the issues we were facing was an open investigation for fraud transactions on one of the checking accounts. We called last Friday and got the run around and we're told to go back to the branch and that they should (the Serramonte branch associate) to call them and they would both be communicating together with us to help us with the issue at hand and other issues pertaining to the various accounts. We arrived yesterday to the branch (again, with no appointment as the associate never answered his phone ). When we got to the Serramonte branch asking for the associate we had met with last week one of the ladies there told us he was out of the office and that there were no more appointments available for us to meet with another associate that day. She booked us an appointment with the associate we met with last week ( and who never answers his phone nor has voicemail) for an appointment today at 2:00pm. Like I described in the beginning we got there and told by the security guard that the branch was closed due to power outage and the associate whom we had an appointment with advised me that he would call us to re-schedule (after explaining to him that we had been having issues with getting through to him via telephone number listed on his business card. He advised me to try to go to another branch and meet with an alternate associate. This, our trip to this branch the South Sam Francisco El Camino Real branch. We got there and the bank was virtually empty with the exception of the associates sitting behind their desks in glass windows and doors not one acknowledging our arrival. I could see one of the women associates meeting with a couple in o e of the offices and the other 2 or 3 offices with associates with their glass doors closed and I walked over to one in the middle where an stalky Asian man was seated behind his computer and I asked if we could meet with an associate. He said he would call someone and shortly another Asian man slim (which I later learned was the branch manager) came to me and I explained we needed to meet with someone and briefly explained why including the fact we had come from the Serramonte branch that we had a 2:00pm appointment and that we were there to get meet with an alternate associate. He pointed to the office of the woman associate that was meeting with the couple and said that she would be able to but it would be 45 minutes to an hour wait and that we would be next in line as there weren't anymore people ahead of us. We said that they was ok and took a seat to wait. During the wait, I wanted to use the restroom and got up from my chair to see if any of the other associates would look up at me so that I could ask for directions to the restroom but since no one looked up to acknowledge me I took it upon myself to walk around until I found the area on the other side of the area we were waiting by and I saw the small teller area where there was 1 woman associate and no customers. I walked up to the window and asked if I could use the restroom and she said "we don't have one for customers only workers." I asked "how come?" And she proceeded to tell me that not all branches have restrooms. That the Serramonte branch has one and she mentioned another branch. Which I answered , "that's not good." She then answered something to the effect that she understood but could bring it up with the

The bank is not open for a long time… so the other B of A has long line, most of the time, because everyone goes to the Daly City branch?♀️

Lobby hours say open at 10am and status claims they are open. It’s now 10:07. No one is here. Not the first time this has happened. If hours are going to be later they really should post an update.

Low reviews seem to be from years ago. Recently visited and had an excellent experience getting foreign currency. The staff was extremely accommodating and professional. Place must have been redone because it looked clean and new. This was on a quiet Friday.

Worst bank ever! They don’t respond to emails and never answer the phone. Horrible customer service. Our PTA account has been with this bank since the 60’s. We are closing it and changing banks.
