Negative star. This company should be closed. Delay, reschedule (room of choice) without notice. Rude customer service lady who threatened to return the item and refused to give a time frame of delivery (which was rescheduled the third time by the company) and hung up the phone. Their excuse are 'we don't have enough staff' and 'we don't have enough trucks'. When I asked if you don't have enough trucks, why did you confirm the delivery? The answer is 'we won't know if we have enough trucks until the day of delivery'. I'm like wth? Even if that's the case, why didn't you call me in the morning to reschedule it? They even dared to compare themselves to Amazon delivery. What a joke.

They rescheduled delivery 3times and when I called the support the support person was rude and not at all helpful - says the product is still in transit - it was shipped from Dallas on Jun 7th and it is still in transit as of 16th and don’t k ow when it will get to SFOThis is not a professional organization

Definitely the worst delivery service. Delivery driver asked for extra money to complete the delivery, and forced me to sign the delivery completion receipt before even moving the item.

Staff is extremely rude! Hung up on me the minute I started question their timeline. Unprofessional, package got delayed by one month, had to reschedule this and my service three times and they were not able to notify me in advance about the delay.

0 stars... purchased a dinning set as a surprise for my 85 year old mother through Walmart. After I made the purchase apparently they contracted my items with With this company to use as their delivery service. Needless to say when the dropped of the items to my mothers residence they left a pallet of items in the driveway. When she came out they said they don't deliver inside and left. I called the company to ask about this and they said there is an option when you order online indicating what kind of delivery service you want. I told the customer rep that how why I even know about this delivery option if I ordered it through Walmart and they used you as the delivery service, her response was oh........ So there my mom was, standing I the rain with a pallet full of furniture watching the delivery truck drive away.
