First off don't ever try this place even if they are the last actually there are tons of places to go to on grand other than them. I ask the barber how long would it take to get my son a haircut? HE said ten minutes- ten minutes isn't that long. So i'm waiting already 30min. then when the barber finishes another person right away jumps on the seat. Finallly, its been an 1hr wait. I went up to the barber and said why did u say its only ten minutes and i already waited an hour? he response" uhh. i don't know .. wait or oh well" i started boiling. although these dumb ass workers were talking sh** cuz this herd of family strolled in after me and said how long was the wait? the worker said " this man, chinata, then you! being the only chinese person up there i got the damn hint. so this little ass beaner said i'll let u go just jump on the next seat avail. Thats what the lady did and no apologies from any of the workers. So waiting a hour and half i got up and found another place. SO i was waiting for a hour and half for nothing listening to some dumb ass people that don't know we are in america and god damn it english is the first language.

Rating Remain the same. Went back to the Salon today and received another great haircut before I had to engage in a a long meeting. At this salon ,all the barbers are equally good barbers, but from past experiences I prefer that I remain consistent and keep the same barber..Nancy is a outstanding barber. As long as I am getting a great haircut , I will continue to go this Salon.
