There was an extremely rude cashier (was a girl, didn't get her name) being downright disrespectful and needlessly condescending towards me. She knew what I wanted but still made it a point to "correct" and insult me.

I went to this store today to buy some Powerball tickets. I tried to buy 1 board or 1 line (cost $2) for multiple draws, 6 draws to be exact. The cashier named Jasbir said he didn'have it in the system. I told him it's in every computer in all lottery store. Then he rudely said "next!" calling for the next patient. I was still in front of that cashier and was there for maybe less than 5 minutes but he tried to get rid of me rudely that's because he didn't know how to do his work. I was embarrassed in front of several people in the Q as if it was my mistake when in fact he just didn't know how to punch in multiple draw lottery tickets. If I can only give zero star to this store because of this very rude staff. I think he hates his job so much as patience is not his virtue.

The cashier who claims being the owner racially profiled my two friends and I for browsing the store. Prompted to shout across the store, "I don't like your bad activities", "you don't come back here". Demeanor was different towards the white lady returning an open ice cream. 7-11 needs training on how to properly serve the community they serve, in this case being the people of color who give them business.

I barely come to 7/11 but, this will be my first and last time coming to this location! I am not from this area but, I did not expect the service, food, etc would be beyond terrible. The person who is assigned on 12/7/2022 is a young, skinny Indian man who has a round black framed prescription glasses. He starts lying to us, played stubborn, and most of all, he was on the phone with another Indian man. From the way he acted, it demonstrates that he cant multitask and be a entrepreneur. In this review, I will list the pros/cons below. Lastly, I will explain my experience.Pros:- Area is safe/not ratchet. Cons:- The selection is very minimal. - 1:30am the store does not provide any food at all. - Employee does not fix nacho sauces dispenser.- Locks up all refrigerated food without reminding customers.- The organization/cleanliness fails. My experience:- A friend wanted to get Nachos, and there is no cheese or chili coming out from the dispenser. He starts lying that there is no stock! - I paid my debit card, and get cash back. Some how the card keeps declining. Instead of reminding that the teriminal has malfunctions during the transaction, he starts GOSSIPING to his Indian friend how my card declines! - I start eating. and he tells me to stop eating. What happens if your diabetic and low on sugar? Remind you there is no sign "NO EATING or DRINKING".- He kicks everyone out so, he can continue to talk to that Indian friend.

This store and parking lot smell like urine. Very intense urine that’s not been cleaned off the pavement for decades. ?

NOT OPEN 24 HRS. The Owner wants it BOTH WAYS. They want to be listed on Google as open 24 hours and they also want to be able to close any night or every night for five or six hours for “Cleaning“ when there’s no one inside cleaning.it is a real hassle to drive several miles to a “convenience“ store that is supposed to be open 24 hours a day according to Google and to find that it is closed it’s a waste of time and gas —please be accurate in listing your hours OR decide to be open 24 hours a day— like a normal “convenience store” should be, especially in a major metropolitan area, near an international airport— ? Kno wut i mean brah? thanks In advance. I shan’t return.

They advertise ice coffee for 1.00 but have no medium cups and force you to purchase large cup and pay 2.49.

The employees, especially owner, are rude as hell. Simply you ringing up to the counter seems to piss them off and they are impatient as f**** Was trying to find some extra change and the person helping me at the counter looked sick of me. Just go to the Walgreens down the street for little things or to a different 7-11, every-time I came to this one it sucked a**

Inexplicably rude folks run this place. Ominously, a customer was already irate with the cashier when we entered. My friend was looking for a specific drink but the disorganization made it difficult. We had to look through and were struggling with it. Instead of helping us find they reprimanded us and said that the fridge would get hot. They seemed to be glad to lose a customer. Do yourself a favor... avoid this location, there are many convenience stores around that value their customers.

The associates are being rude, I was getting a cup of coffee and he kept spraying sanitizers to clean the counter. I was thinking you got to be j/k with me, don't they freaking know about contamination crap. I will not return or recommend this 7-11
