This club gives generous scholarships to South Pasadena High students each year, with last year's total being $18,000, and they are always trying to pull together more. They are such cheerleaders and supporters of the students, and the women who interview and present the awards are kind, warm-hearted, gracious people. Those of us who work on Awards at SPHS find them a joy to coordinate with.

Attended a large hosted event. The food was horrible. They served turkey which was at least 5-7 days old. You know that old cooked poultry taste and smell, right? That what was there. Disgusting! The pecan pies were runny, coffe weird taste. Very disappointed.

A historic 100-year old Craftsman building at the SE corner of Rollins St & Fremont Ave. A full kitchen. A large multipurpose room with high ceiling. To one side is a room to store tables, chairs, instruments. A stage with stage stuff like microphones, lighting. The main room/auditorium has an adjoining room where buffet meals or other activities can be accommodated. This room can be cordoned off by folding doors.
There is a foyer at the front door entrance. Two steps lead up to the front door. A removable wooden ramp is laid down to accommodate wheelchairs. From the foyer you can go left to the auxiliary room or straight into the main room (through a door) or up a staircase to office, storage and restroom. No elevator, but there's also a restroom in the room where the tables are kept,
The clubhouse is used for club members' meetings, functions and special events. It's also rented out. It has been used for dances, dinners, dinner dances, fashion shows, operas, children's performances, lectures, craft fairs, rummage sales, luncheons, concerts.
