if I could give them 000000 stars I would. They never pick up the phone, they cancel appoints and dont tell you, they are no help at all. Wells Fargo is the worst bank out there

What kind of bank can't actually give you cash? What a joke. Why are they even open? This branch makes me want to change banks.

I like this branch a lot. Had to go in for a few various things and never had any issues and always left feeling good. There is a private lot where parking was never an issue. They have exterior and interior ATMs. Starbucks is attached on one side so for those who need to make a stop at both, this location would be ideal. (there's also another Starbucks that opened up a little higher up the street across the way that is newer and much larger with outside space.

This is an update. I went to Bank of America last week for the same thing - move a matured CD to checking. While they weren't able to do it right away (wait was over half an hour), they did say to come back at noon. I did and they got everything done in one transaction. When I went to Wells Farso to complete the transaction after my initial review, I had to work with the banker first, then go to the teller window and go through everything again (insert card, show ID, etc.) just to deposit the money from the matured CD that the banker processed. Needless to say, Bank of American understands how to serve their customers much better than Wells Fargo...WAY better! So guess what? I am moving most of my money and investments out of Wells Fargo and over to Bank of America. Will only leave a little money for ATM use since WF still has a wide network of ATMs.

Worst bank ever! Avoid at all costs. Been with WF for 30 years. Even though I'm a physician and make a pretty good living and have been using direct deposit with them for 20 years, they always want to place a 14 day hold on checks I deposit with them. The manager was not helpful when I went in because well, she couldn't meet with me because she "needed to count money"... I'm not even joking.

Rarely come to this location except to pick up quarters occasionally. It takes on average of 20 mins just to get a couple rolls of quarters. Frequently there will be 1-2 tellers doing miscellaneous s*** in the back, with 2-3 bankers sitting on their cellphones with their thumbs up their asses. Just overheard a conversation where they LOST A CUSTOMERS SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX and try to blame it on the customer because they haven't been in that location for a while!? What a joke Wells Fargo has become. They've lost a 20 year customer because of how inept they have become.

Never had any major issues with this branch specifically. I have had issues in the past where they wouldn't give me more than $10 in quarters for my laundry, but that didn't happen all the time. Customer service seems good at most.

I would give a rating of lower than 1 star but it is not available. My husband and I each had an IRA and didn't have a problem with either until this year. In March we asked for a loan but they couldn't give us a loan. We asked to have money transferred to our checking account but our paper work was not correct. Why couldn't they have told us this in March and not wait until December 30th. If you are looking for a bank stay way from Wells Fargo in South Pasadena. Mary and Nelson Small We are not in San Francisco. We were in Alhambra, Ca. and are now in San Dimas, Ca. Our account manager was Ray Pearl in South Pasadena and now we have some one named Michael in North Pasadena, Ca. They can't even get the name of the city correct. I hope our money is still there.

Wells Fargo South Pasadena is my favorite branch. The staff are all very professional, friendly, and courteous. A special thank you to Julie Bui, personal banker, for the exemplary service she gave me. Thank You to all of you and have a safe and healthy holiday.

Terrible service, staff "seemed" nice, but was not very helpful in cashing a wells fargo issued check. Where else in the world can I possible cash a well fargo issued check if not at WELLS FARGO? Rediculous and unhelpful Managers Dina Marroquin and Alborz Kakouee were not halpful and seemed to do everything in their power to deny me money. I can honestly say if I had lighter skin they probably would have jumped at the opportunity to cash my check. I will never bank with wells fargo again in this life or the next.

This branch does not answer the telephone. I have been trying for 6 weeks to set up a joint account with relatives in another state, and it has been made most difficult by this bank. If there were any other bank that was mutual to Los Angeles and that State I would go there. Wells Fargo does not even have the ability to verify security codes with either email or home phone voice. IT ONLY ALLOWS TEXT messaging. Too bad for those of us whose physical limitations prohibit cell phones!!! I will say Mustapha has tried to help, but twice he did not return phone calls when promising to do so, and what should have been simple and easy, has become a momentous task because of the limitations of this bank, and this branch! PLEASE ANSWER YOUR TELEPHONE DURING BUSINESS HOURS!

Had great customer service with our home mortgage consultant, Robert Ma. Robert was promptly responsive to my e-mails/calls. He was also able to offer us the best rate. His 10+ years of mortgage experience is evident and big thanks to his team for a very quick closing deadline. Highly recommended to my friends and family!

It's not a good time to be a Wells Fargo customer. Now they're always looking for new ways to squeeze money out of you. Probably an attempt to make up for the penalties they were put under a couple of years ago.
