The staff is so kind and helpful! The front desk is really nice and the vet team is as well. Appreciate they help you figure out next steps for your pet without you feeling forced to go all out and test for everything if you cant afford it. They find a good balance to help your pet one step at a time. Also the wait is always fairly short and reasonable which i really appreciate as well. And they seem to genuinely care and want to help! I had been going to a different vet for years prior until i moved, and i'm shocked at how much nicer and efficient and helpful this vet clinic and staff is. They have helped my dog and cat so much and i'm so thankful!!!

We switched from an older vet with outdated opinions a few years ago and are so glad we made the switch! We don't live very close but it's worth the drive! I appreciate the team's attention to detail and thoroughness. Everyone is kind and caring and treats every pet as if they were their own.

Where should I begin? I have been a loyal client at this establishment with my golden retriever for the past 3 years. However, just today, when I attempted to make an appointment online for our newly rescued cat with 2 severe medical conditions, the situation turned into an incredibly frustrating ordeal. I tried to fill out the online form three times, but it wouldn't allow me to submit without attaching an image. I called the clinic 4 times for assistance, and they hung up on me twice. Instead of offering helpful guidance, such as taking down my information or suggesting I come in early the next day to fill out a form, I received repeated instructions to refresh the site and retry the form.I even offered to visit the clinic the following day with my cat to complete the form on-site and have her seen. However, they informed me that I would need to schedule a separate appointment for a different day after I complete the form in person.

Our first time at Vet Villa with our new kitten. All the staff and the doctor have been amazing. We appreciate the caring nature of the staff, techs and doctor.

Started coming here with my older dog in 2022. Dr. Li was kind and knowledgeable and communicative. Seeing her with in person appointments was great. From 2022-January 2024, I have been told my dog is in excellent health besides his teeth. But, the office has changed. At the beginning of March 2024 my dog was urinating blood and I called for an appointment. They told me I could bring my dog in for a curbside visit. Once they took him back, a nee doctor named Lauren said they would need to run many different tests: blood work, urinalysis, scraping skin of a skin lump to test for cancerous cells. I spent $1600 and all the tests came back inconclusive, so now they say more tests are needed including an ultrasound and biopsy of a lump that I cant even locate on my dog because the vet there wont even show me in person thanks to their curbside policy. I was unhappy with the service I received from Lauren and called to speak with management. I was told the manager would call me back and after waiting a few days, she never did. I had to call again and was finally able to speak to her and let her know my concerns about the new doctor, all the inconclusive tests, the curbside service and I expressed I would feel more comfortable if Dr. Li took a look at all the labs that were run. The manager scheduled me an appt with Dr. Li, but never mentioned that it would cost be yet another exam fee to go over the labs. I called back once I realized they were going to charge me for going over $1600 labwork and asked them to waive the fee and was told that the manager said "no." Again I asked for the manager to call me to speak with my directly, but that hasnt happened and I wont be holding my breath. Long story short: I will no longer be bringing my two dogs here due to the poor management. This office attempts to see too many patients in one day to make a profit and their service has suffered because of it. If you don't mind curbside appointments and discussing your dogs health via phone then maybe this place is for you, but I need more personable service when it comes to my dogs health. Now I have to start all over again at a different vet that will value my dog's health over making a quick dollar. What a waste.

I love Vet Villa because I trust that they have the best interests of my dog in mind. They all take such good care of my vet-anxious dog, so that when he comes back out, he has calmed and relaxed. They answer all my questions and give him the best care. How much they care for all their patientsEddie always receives the best care. Every doctor and tech are so attentive and good to him even when he's spicy. Everyone is thorough at answering my questions and giving me all the info I need to take care of Eddie

I have had nothing but great experiences with Vet Villa. All the technicians and Veterinarians have been lovely. Both with my passed dog at the end of her life and now with my new puppy ?

Dr Li and her staff are the finest veterinarians we have ever had. We have had dogs and cats for 40 years and only been with Vet Villa for 3 yrs and there is no comparison! Dr Li is so knowledgeable and not an alarmist. Her style is very comforting as well. The serious attention to Charlie! Charlie is 16 and could not have better care anywhere else.

I have been taking my dog here since they opened. The facility is nice, clean and run very well. Everyone I’ve dealt with here has been so kind and knowledgeable and they are very transparent regarding pricing.

We were so impressed by Vet Villa when it first opened and recommended it to everyone we knew! Unfortunately the care that initially felt so personable and thorough doesn't seem to have survived the pandemic. Our $75 exam consisted of a cursory 2 minutes of time with a vet we'd never met- and we were called by another vet (who we'd never met) to go over test results. The new vet who called on the phone was perfectly friendly, but we hope to find a place where our dog can be seen consistently by the same vet moving forward, and that doesn't feel like the norm at Vet Villa.
