OMG I finally found a watch repair that I will always be going to. Beautiful watches there. I took 3 watches for repair and he did it on the spot. I didn't have to wait weeks. Great prices too. Friendly Gentleman.

Highly recommend, their customer service is spot on! They even responded to my message after closing hours. I decided to visit my local jewelry and watch repair shop cause my dads had positive experience with them in the past. I went in because I managed to bend my new ring out of shape-they fixed it in less than 3 minutes and didn't charge me, which was so nice! Thank youuuuuuu

Stopped by to have my watch sized. Met a very nice lady (I think her name is Jean?) she showed me how to adjust my watch without removing any links. The BEST PART, it's FREE! Thank you Vana Watch. If you guys are in South Pasadena, come check out this place. They have a nice classic Rolex, and a Cartier Santos. This place has positive vibes and good people.

Lovely team here! I just came in for a re-size, and they handled it very quickly and friendly throughout. I came back the next day for some additional sizing help on the same watch and they didn't charge me! Great selection of beautiful watches too

Best watch repair in South Pasadena. Love these guys. They've fixed two watches for me (Seiko & Swiss Army Victorinox). Both times they did a phenomenal job and even did little extras like a new bezel or change my band. They have a great selection of watches too. Easy to talk to and very honest.

I stopped into this jewelry store hoping to replace the chain or repair the clasp on a beautiful necklace my husband had given me years ago that I haven’t been able to wear for years. Jean was very helpful in showing me options and I finally decided to replace the clasp. I asked if I could wait for it (I’d walked there) and he immediately went to the back and did the work. I was so stunned and thrilled with my newly fixed jewelry that I didn’t look at my receipt until I got home. Not only did Jean help me immediately - he charged me less than hed quoted me. Wonderful place. Thank you Jean!!

This jewelry store is my go-to spot in all Socal. I'm a G-shock collector, and they have a good selection of the uncommon and rare G-shocks from G-steel to Fashion Street Casio colorways. Otherwise, their selection includes Hamilton, Seiko and Luminox. I'm proud to go here and support local business everytime I need a watch gift.
