Horrible experience! They never sent my package to me from Ebay. Even the seller made a case to help me out. When they finally talked to him, they told him I would have to pay them for holding it. The person who was supposed to help me was so rude. He even rolled his eye at me. I really needed this package for school now. I have to wait longer, because I had to buy another one. Luckily, my teacher is understanding. I'm so glad I do not live in South Pasadena!! This Post Office sucks!! And I'm putting that nicely!

I had a peculiar experience at the post office. The staff exhibited odd behavior, a peculiar sense of humor with customers, and operated exceptionally slowly. I visited on a regular Thursday to send a package, a typical weekday, and found myself in a queue of 19 people. Can you imagine how sluggish their service was?

I always seems to get a help from this one person there. He is not friendly and seems that he enjoys to see his customers struggles to understand his strange sense of humor. Honestly, I just want to mail an envelope and I have never had any bad experience emailing a single 1oz standard sized envelope domestically. He is still here I hope he goes away for everyone who works there.

Not sure if they know their own hours went in at 2:15PM on 4/29/2023 and the front doors were open stood in line and the attendant told me they closed at 2 and closed already. Your hours on Google say 3PM please update. Everytime I go here there is always an issue with their Google hours not matching up to what the employees are honoring. Save yourself the headache.

It’s a post office. Not much to say. Not the worst location not the best. But if you go at the right time you can get in and out of this one pretty quick

Employees at this location are constantly rude as hell. Getting really tired of their attitudes and lack of customer service. ESPECIALLY the older asian woman w/ hair to her shoulders who works on Saturdays. FEELS THE NEED TO START SOMETHING AND MUST HAVE THE LAST WORD. (Please fire her. She's ridiculous.)

I Dropped off a package on Thursday the 19th inside the blue container and now it's lost. I went in today and they where clueless to where it was. I'm going to elevate this!! There have a video camera facing the blue container! The post office needs a massive purge !! Get rid of the too relaxed lazy people!!

The worst. Their automated systems for customer service over the phone are a dead end, there is no good customer service available unless you're buying stamps. The only way to get any kind of customer service is you either have to speak to someone at the post office or through email and even then it's not worth it, they are the worst at resolving any issues for the customer. FedEx is best.*Update* The Mail was found and delivered, for some reason it took longer than I had expected, in order for it to get to the place I needed within the same county.

Waited in a long line to mail my package. I don't mail packages regularly. I wrote the recipients address on the box to have it easily accessible for the clerk. I didn't have my name on the box. The clerk rudely said "you need to have the senders information too, go leave and figure it out" and shoved the box back in my face. So rude. He could of said it nicely or took 10 seconds to ask for my information as the sender. I understand they deal with the public all day and I'm sure it's frustrating but being unnecessarily rude is so gross.

Standard PO with standard workers. I recommend that if you're next in line for Linda, let another customer skip you and wait for another person. She is always disgruntled and put out. I get we all have bad days but every time I go there and Linda "helps" me, she's having a bad day.It used to be better with happier workers.Everything changes, I suppose.

I like this Post Office because they have a stamp machine, which is easy & convenient. The lobby is well kept and always stocked with postal supplies. The P.O. Boxes are easy to access and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. There is a small parking lot on the side (off the alley) and 20-minute parking out front.

Among the area’s finest post offices - service is usually quick and always comes with a ready smile - plus, last time I was there I spotted this handsome, older, Jeff Beck-looking gent get a gal’s phone number, and you just can’t beat that.

I have many acquaintances and close relatives living abroad, so I enjoy sending packages. The US Post Office in Pasadena is nearby, which has historically been a respectable location to go for shipping services. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, and they work hard to ensure that your packages are delivered without incident. You can typically enter and exit the building quickly since it is kept clean and well-maintained and because it is not frequently overcrowded. Shipping prices are competitive, albeit slightly higher, and they provide a decent scope of choices to browse, contingent upon your necessities. Overall, while the US Post Office in Pasadena isn't the most exciting place on the planet, it does the job when it comes to shipping services.

They don’t postmark! Had to go to another post office for which they did. Totally don’t understand that!

Be aware someone here is stealing! We went inside and placed two boxes of shoes inside the bin obviously on camera and they both disappeared! Yet no one knows what happened? We’ve opened up an investigation you would think all they have to do is look at the camera to see what employee stole the items!
