Terrible Service at this US Bank Branch. The bank starts charging inactivity fee (?!) on the account after I left the account alone. I asked for the inactivity fee to be waived. They pretended to submit and request and nothing came of it. I decided to close the account. Not only do they not pay interest in the account. If you let money sit on your account without spending it, they charge you for not moving it around.

I'm so tired of this bank. I changed branches to get away from nasty attitudes and slick questioning. But they closed the one on Colorado down and some of those employees moved to this one. Now I have to deal with certain bankers printing out my balance without asking me and trying to check my account but not listening to what I am requesting to be done. A simple lack of respect. Holding my ID the whole transaction. The service is truly trash and I'm closing my account this week.

I need withdrawal my money $5,000.00. Employee told me please go to old branch get money. She looks at me like we are bum. We were disappointed with this branch.

This south Pasadena beach is quite! quite and there was reason. I deposited check $5000 and the they deposited 2 times and fraud department put red flag on my account. they put my account on hold. They are not responsible. No one try to solve. Branch manager Angelica Garapetian is worse person, I talked to once, treated me as debtor, Not responsible as manager, try not trying to communicate with client. all she saying was she don't know, can't tell. can't share and all she was threatened me the bank may hold my check 6-12 months. Horrible person, manager! Bad experience ever! String suggests go to Bank of America, Chase or other bank!

Worst bank ever! Don't ever go"bank there. We deposited check for $5000. Teller mistakenly deposited twice. They closed the account & put it as fraud. Called them multiple times to restore the account. No movement. Total incompetence!

The atms are always down in my entire area. Every customer service number doesn't work. My card is getting declined saying 'no account' when I very much so have an account and money. Like wtf? Get your sh*t together, please. This is peoples money/lives you're dealing with. Like jeez

I do not recommend U.S. Bank. They honestly do not care about their customers and the COVID situation. CHASE and BofA are the Banks that do.

Just let everyone to know don't open the account at the Branch ,after we opened the account week ago , come with friend want set up online banking.forgot to make appointment , when we walking the lady her name is Angela yelping at us said , she is not happy to serving us, because we didn't make appointment, There aren't enough people,No one can help us. She very mean to us ,I said I want to complain to the manager, and she said she is the manager, what kind of bank people Come to deposit the money to bank , and bank manager Not polite

My mother is 72 years old and was treated horribly by the "vice president" (title my mom thinks the lady is) off the south pasadena location off fair oaks. Her desk is next to the door. Mom was there to cash out her social security check and a teller saw that her Illinois ID doesn't have an expiration date. VP lady came over, motioned and forces Mom towards the door and says "we cant accept your ID. We're closing now please exit." My mom said "Arcadia US Bank always helps me. I'll go there". US Bank lady replied "then go!". I was in the car and my mom didn't tell me all this until we got home. US Bank VP Lady, please google "Non Expiring Illinois ID for 65 and over"!!!! It's a REAL thing!!! My mother is old, a person of color/dark complexion and doesn't make a lot of money and treated like crap. Just sayin.... UPDATE - 12/2019 I just learned that the Branch Manager even asked my mom "WHY ARE YOU CASHING OUT MORE THAN $500?" (Incident was back in Dec 2018/ Jan 2019) Dec 2019 - Caitlyn from Corporate spoke to me about the incident. She was professional, kind, understanding and ensured that the incident would be addressed. We returned to this location Dec 18, 2019 (despite my moms reservations). Teller Beronica was outstanding. She already knew about Illinois IDs and provided my mom outstanding service. She was patient with my moms limited English and Beronica conversed with my mom about her family in Chicago. Our initial experience with the Branch Manager was 1 Star. Beronica provides 5 star service. Thank you.

my account recently had fraud activity And I had gone to this branch to look for help and Thalía was very helpful she answered all of my questions with patients and helped me and then when I went on the second day and got help from Gloria as I was leaving Thalía even asked if I was doing all right and if I needed any help. But glory on the other hand was not helpful she told me that she wouldn't be able to close my account because I had pending charges and then I went and sat in the lobby and what do ya she closed my account. and then moments later when I asked her to re-open the account she said I'm not able to because I don't have proof that I live in the area. When on my account it shows that I live out of town and that's the address i am and have been tied to since i was 4 yrs old. my parents still live there but she said i cant open an account because i had no proof that i lived near THAT specific branch. so if ur ever out of town & need to close & reopen ur account u cant?? despite not helping she was pretty rude and just unhelpful period. she then told me i have to get proof i live in town or i have to go to the bank that is closer to my address on file. what? d*** a** place thalia is very nice tho she deserves a gold star
