Jessica Hernandez is a BOSS. She helped me re order my replacement phone and guided me through the process of calling making the insurance claim and navigates the menu selections quickly even while the Assurant reps botched and hung up on me. She got me through it until it was confirmed and the necessary deets were taken. Thank you Jessica for being personable, fun and for overall great customer service...and recommending a cappuccino blast!!!

I forgot to write this review a while back after I received my new phone. I went to the store to switch over my phone service and get a new device. While I was there the online system broke down and would not allow me to order a new phone in the store--instead of having me come back another day to order the phone the manager kindly offered to drive to a nearby T-Mobile to pick up the exact device that I wanted so I could have my new phone faster. Very nice employees and great customer service. Thank you

Absolutely amazing service. This is not my usual store but it was the only one in my area with no wait.I walked in and was immediately welcomed by Ivan Centeno. He had a warm smile and walked us over to his station. I let him know that I was there to add a line to my existing plan. He was more than happy to help and asked for my information. While he was pulling up my account, Ivan took the time to build small talk by asking how my day was and noticing that I had been a customer for 10+ years.Ivan made the changes on my plan and even tested the line a few times to make sure that it was active. He explained the costs that I would see and handed us his business card in case something appeared wrong once I got my bill. It was so nice to see someone who treats you more than a sale and I appreciated all of his help. I highly recommend you ask for him if you ever find yourself at this store.

Can I please give this place 9 stars and the associate, Raymond, 10 stars?!! 5 just doesn't seem like enough. BEST experience with a cell phone company EVER. I would have never thought I'd switch over to T-Mobile, but I had to investigate since AAA recommended them and I had a mailer on hand with $100 rebate. So, my daughter and I decided to go visit the South Pasadena store. Raymond introduced himself and kindly guided us through all the options. He is very knowledgeable on T-Mobile, their plans, phones and internet....etc...You can tell, he has worked for them for many years. The place was inviting, the staff professional....NO hi-pressure sales here. Just honest advice and laying out all the facts between what I had and what they can do for me. I took a few days to decide. (None of this, "If you sign up TODAY and TODAY only.....we can honor this deal") Ray would check up with me 2 days later and asked if we had any questions....still no pressure. I ended up switching 4 lines over and added home internet. I kept my existing phones and Ray helped me through the entire process of setting up the reimbursements from paying off the phones. I actually just received my reimbursement from them... ON TIME too! I can't believe it. I called the customer service # to verify how I would transfer the reimbursement money to my bank account.... LOL, they practically did it for me, walked me thru the whole process and made sure I did it right. These professionals are outstanding !! In person and over the phone. T-Mobile...I don't know how you do it, but so far you had me at "HELLO" lol. You have managed to hire a talented and extremely good-natured network of staff. No regrets, just wish I could have done it sooner. Keep up the FANTASTIC customer service and of course the great prices and products ! Kudos !!!

We've been a 20+ year ATT customer and we recently switched to T-Mobile. We were not sure if we made the right choice to switch service providers, but after we left the S. Pasadena, CA store, we concluded that we made the right choice. We received the best service we ever experience from a mobile service provider. Brandon L. from this store went above and beyond to ensure that we received the best deal, best price and best service ever. Brandon was honest and transparent throughout the process and actually came in on his day off to make sure that he was able to activate additional phones for my family members. Brandon went way and above the call of duty. We truly appreciate Brandon and his service. 10+

Great customer service and support! I was trying to leave my family's plan and create my own so they supported me through the challenges of leaving a plan and creating a new one. Definitely the best experience especially if you get customer serviced by Eduardo Camarena. He was chill and funny so I definitely recommend getting serviced by him! Great job to all who were involved and thank you guys so much! Definitely satisfied by T Mobile as usual.

I love the staff at this store. I felt like I had a complex issue and Ralph & team, made it super simple. It took about an hour, but he was so kind & patient & knowledgeable. I’m very appreciative. THANK YOU SO MYCH RALPH!!!? . *T-Mobile, y’all do need to work on better online & voice customer service coordination, and I’d suggest you eliminate your chat app, one hand doesn’t know/can’t help the other hand. This is not seamless support as it should be, and what is offered on the web should be offered on the phone and should be offered same, in store. I went from ordering a phone & an additional line, to having supposedly ordering internet. This mess took a week of my time. In store, I basically started over & was done in an hour….which is great, and it would have been easier if things online had gone well & if phone support could handle trouble with an online order. That kind of closed system should be re-examined. Do better. In the end, you aren’t really the only game in town. Your presenting staff online/in the phone should be as excellent as the gentleman in this store. Give them the tools & training they need.

Came in looking to upgrade my phone. A young man named Alex Orozco helped me. The customer service was excellent. Alex was knowledgeable, kind and patient. Alex also noticed an irregularity on my account. I had visited a different location earlier this week to ask a simple question. Apparently, an employee at this other location made changes to my service plan for multiple devices without my knowledge. Thankfully, Alex was able to cancel the unauthorized changes before the plan changes went into effect. Thanks Alex!

I love T-Mobile. Just returned from Spectrum. I was having trouble doing the switch with a person over seas. They told me I would have to wait 24 hours. I went into the T-Mobile corporate store in South Pasadena and David Flores solved the issue and my number was transfered to my new phone right away. The best customer service available!

Are you kidding me? T-Mobile wants me to pay $15/month to insure a kids watch that only costs $174. And that doesn't even cover the deductable. I would end up paying more in 11 months for the insurance than what the watch originally cost brand new! What a rip-off! Plus, they won't repair your watch UNLESS you buy their insurance. NOT EVEN FOR THE OUT OF POCKET PRICE.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Great store to visit .. very informative! They took their time to explain EVERYTHING to me . And answer ALL my questions. I liked that they didn’t make me feel rushed or forced into buy something.
