Do Not Come Here!I repeat. Do not come here. I'm telling you. Very unprofessional and extremely unorganized back there. Didn't even fix the problem. My bmw had smoke coming out and had to take it back. Will never recommend this place.

great honest mechanic. Took they car in to check on a lean code. Did a smoke test and have everything fixed by the afternoon. Highly recommended.

Had a brake light warning on my relatively new to me weekend driver, which was also leaking fluid. Dismayed, I called Jim to explain my problem. He was professional and good humored. He was able to put me at ease and resolve the problem quickly for probably at least half of what I would have paid for at a specialist shop in Pasadena that rhymes with "mouse". I know where I will take my car in the future, hopefully not too often! So if you have a German car that needs attention, give Jim a call. You'll be glad you did!

I haven't met him yet, but just talking to Jim on the phone about my 2006 BMW - This man really knows his stuff! I can't wait to take my car to him in the future! LOL - I've got a good feeling about this guy!

Called the shop and was answered by an extremely rude guy yelling "what do you want" and being extremely condescending about an issue for my bmw when I asked for help. I would not recommend doing business with them especially if they are that rude from the start. They should not expect customers to want to go in when they are being very cocky.

Jim was so kind and helpful! I feel very lucky being able to find an auto repair shop I can trust and respect the work! I would definitely go back and I know my BMW x5 will be happier there from now on.

My car, BMW x5 2016, which had just been fixed a month and a half ago, was acting up and need to be checked. Jim offered to take a look immediately and gave me a second opinion. He suggested bringing it to the same place to be fixed. It was super nice of Jim to help me out to figure out the problems. I feel so lucky to be able to find such a trustworthy shop and will definitely go back for further issues and checkups. Thank you for the great service!

Don't go here if you like to be taken for a ride! I was here to fix missed fire sparks and coils for my bmw 530i. The owner of the shop diagnosed my car a d told me that I only need to change 1 spark and coil out of 6. I was puzzled and told him shouldn't it be changed all 6 while you are at it? He said it only needed to replace the faulty one and he wanted to save me money. He charged $330 for 1 spark and coil work which to me is bit overpriced for this work. After 2 weeks later, other sparks went missed fire and I called him to reason with him. He said he will give me discount for $770 by replacing the reminding 5 sparks and coils. This owner is not honest. Don't go here for your car service, not a reputable place and don't waste your time here.

2016 BMW 328d took care of my diesel like a pro. Out of warranty the dealer was charging outrageous amounts for simple oil change Jim took care of it for a very reasonable price. Also replaced my key battery for free! Very knowledgeable on BMWs will be coming back!
