I attended a class at the Montrose location and had an amazing experience! Thank you to Brooke for a great class and great energy. She's always been a sweet and energetic individual and I'm happy I got to experience her class!

The best spin studio I've ever been to. I had trouble finding a welcoming environment at these spin studios since I'm new to the scene, but this one turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. The lady at the front desk, Taylor, was super inviting and helped me figure out which classes would fit best for my schedule and fitness goals. I look forward to returning! 5 out of 5 stars!

I have been going to Pedal Spin Studio for years now and can't recommend them enough. Mark Wilson and Marcos Leyba are my absolute favorite instructors. Mark's spin classes are accessible to anyone, beginners to experienced cyclers. There's no pressure to do anything you're not comfortable with and it's all about riding to the beat of amazing songs from the 70's - 2000's. I'm not a fan of the crazy weight lifting or synchronized dance on bikes thing at other studios so I'm glad I can count on Mark to keep all that out of his classes. Mark's class is where it's at! Marcos teaches TRX class and oh boy he'll kick your butt! I always leave class feeling stronger and more capable. He's such an encouraging instructor and has endless modifications so everyone can get a good workout in. As long as Mark and Marcos are at Pedal Spin Studio, I'll keep coming back each week.

I LOVE Pedal. I struggled with little to know motivation to workout for about 2 years (Pandemic blues, if you will?). It was rough. I even purchased a spin bike of my own during the pandemic, but it wasn’t the same. I realized that I missed the camaraderie that a studio offers. Some friends recommended Pedal and I knew after my first class that I was hooked. Not only were the instructors immediately welcoming and super supportive, the studio was clean and the pricing was very fair. I initially signed up for an unlimited 2 week pass and by the end of that 2 week period, I was hooked. There was no question that I would be signing up for a monthly membership!I highly recommend Pedal, regardless of your experience or skill level. You will love the instructors, your classmates, the studio, the bikes, the music…..what I’m trying to say is…..it’s hard not to fall in love with this place. Brooke and the rest of her team have truly built an amazing community here. Thank you, Pedal!

I've been on a Classpass hunt for the best Spin Class and so far the perks of this studio are my favorite.I booked my class through the Classpass app and made an account with Pedal Spin Studio. With the "Pedal Studio" app, I was able to find all of the details for my class - time, instructor, location, and bike #. The app is very easy to use.I arrived 20 minutes before the start of class because Google Maps showed a very small parking lot. Parking is shared with a coffee shop. When I arrived, the parking lot was full. I parked on the street, which is also free.I've been to my fair share of spin classes and this studio is the only one that provides free complimentary shoe rentals. This is a huge bonus. SoulCycle charges $4 for shoe rentals each visit, so it can add up. The bikes are sanitized before the start of each class by the staff. The instructors from the prior class and current class assist students with adjusting the bike to fit our height. My instructor, Peyton, was funny and sarcastic because my class was a little dull on a Sunday morning. She had great spirit and energy and I loved how she encouraged us to cheer on our fellow classmates. I didn't feel as sweaty as other Spin classes I've been to, but I think it had to do with how well-spaced each bike was and the open-studio layout. I also enjoyed the weighted bar arm workout at the end.Another awesome perk was the complimentary eucalyptus cooling towels. It was so refreshing after a nice sweat. The only thing that I might critique is the bike. My bike felt a little wobbly at times and the equipment seems a little outdated compared to other studios. Overall, you can count on me coming back.

This is a review of Marcos' TRX class 9:30am Wednesday's. I haven't gone to a strength training class in over 10 years. Years ago I attended fitness classes regularly but would faint on occasion. I had teachers who weren't understanding. Fainting during workouts was scary. Especially because I didn't know the cause. Later I found out I had a genetic condition that affected my muscles and joints. Now that my illness is more regulated I feel ready to try classes again. Marcos hosted a fun, informed and exciting TRX class! He shared challenging as well as modified options. He was professional and extremely supportive. This means the world to me. I highly recommend his class!

Started 2023 with a Class Pass to this studio. Haven't done cycling for a while, so I thought I'd give it a spin. Free parking in a small, shared lot. I was lucky to get a spot. Maybe because it was New Years Day?!?! There's free street parking as well.Nice restroom to freshen up in after class. Once in the studio, the young lady behind the counter gave me my cycling shoes and she helped to set me up on my bike since I haven't done it in a while. I HATE using these types of shoes, I'd rather use my sneakers, but since they don't use cages, I had no choice. Towels are provided free of charge which is really nice. There are small cubbies for you to put your stuff in like your purse. The music was loud, and the instructor had more than enough energy for the entire class. At times I found it annoying, but the regulars seemed to enjoy it. In one portion of the class, we get off our bikes and get onto the hard cold floor to do some exercises which I HATED because I'm on this hard cold floor!! Most places have a mat that you can lie on for floor exercises. I used my small towel instead which wasn't any help at all. I like doing floor exercises like sit ups, but this is the one time I hated it because of the cold, hard floor. Would I come back? MAYBE......

One class will keep me sore for days. This place is great! They have an app that makes it easy to sign up for classes. They can also charge your app/account for drink purchases. The instructors are friendly. Staff/front desk is friendly and helpful. First class is free.

Finally came back to spin after 3 years Covid hiatus - the studio upgraded all the bikes and seem to have a fresh look to it. Nice, clean and spacious. Most of the instructors I took classes from before were not there. Thank God Leo is there and I love love his class - did I say LOVE?! No gimmick, no loud screaming so your heart popped out but steady, strong motivated climb/cardio induced spin! His special 7 minutes finish piece is the most meditative and when done you found yourself immersed with sweats! Sweat life is awesome! The staff are great- Brooke, Jamie and the other young man all were super helpful, friendly. Last but not least- thank you Cindy the owner to keep the studio opened.
