It’s been my pharmacy for over 30 years. Great people work here very friendly. I always get my flu shot here and recently my Covid shots. Also they give you a coupon for 10% off your shopping so that’s great because I usually spend about $200 plus at the market

There are a couple nice people here. The young man who works the register is one of them. However the main ladies (blond and brunette) are absolutely unprofessional. They need to take unconscious biased training. That and I need my prescription ready the day they are due. I can’t wait an extra day or two for you to catch up on your work. Maybe hire more people or work OT.

I came here for a flu shot after making an online appointment. They said their systems do not register online registration and it took them about an hour to input info into the systems. The excuse was that they were short staffed and they were doing the best they could. Gotta say it's hard to process something when they jump to attend everyone else that calls in or walks up before finishing registration. What a mess.

I was shopping here today for the first time and it will be the last. Went to the deli section and asked to buy fried chicken. The worker was extremely rude. He said in a very rude tone "Which fried chicken?" He then said he was out of the breast fried chicken so I asked if I could get a thigh instead and he said very unenthusiastically, "I guess." And then he proceeded to get the pieces that were dried out and smaller than the others. I witnessed him picking pieces up, putting them back, and then picking others that were small and drier or burnt. I still thanked him when he gave me the bag but he did not acknowledge me at all. He heard me. I will never go back to this store again. I read the Yelp reviews after my experience and wish I had read them before I decided to shop there. He shouldn't be working at the deli section if he has no idea about how customers should be treated. Extremely rude. Will never go back to this store. So disappointed at this worker and his disrespectful attitude.

The lady at bakery !! Oh my god So bad, very rude, i ask very simple questions, she was not helping, doesn't have compassion to work other !!! I don't know if it was my race !!! I come always, so many nice people, but not today !!!

This place has gone downhill so fast. One of the main reasons why I would go there instead of vons or other nearby grocery stores was the great customer service. Just a few years ago, everyone was soo friendly. Everyone greeted you with a smile and was so attentive. Now, customer service has gone out the window. Ty he employees ignore you. If you ask a question you are treated as if you are a nuisance. The sushi lady us horrible. I started asking a question and before I could finish she said.NO. the quality of service here is a direct reflection of the Manager.

South Pasadena Pavilions has the best butchers and meat selection is amazing. I love the snake river farms products they carry.The over all service in the entire market and quality of products sold is really great.I've been here a hand full of times and employees are always super pleasant.

Went to pavilions/Vons, he was right there infront of us we saying excuse me took about 20 excuse me's before he responded, he seemed very rude not willing to help, he was infront of his boss who saw us & didn't even tell him hey you have a customer. We asked for coffee, I don't have that I only have refreshers Ralph you suck

Management and employees are doing a good job during the pandamit. I appreciate their diligence and hard work to provide customers with groceries in a safe way. I prefer this Pavilion over the Vons across the street even though they basically are the same.

This is the worst experience ever, I work as a shopper in this Covid-19 situation, they limit paper products, flours, disinfecting wipes, it said that you can only get one per household, I get it. But when I finally found disinfecting wipes earlier today ( June 18 2020 ) , I got one for my customer, one for me, note this, they usually let you take it since its different household, but when I'm about to pay the wipes that for me, they didn't let me take that, the young Cashier said its only one per person, not per household, bummer! Thank goodness I met my friend and his girlfriend so his girlfriend got it for me.

Pavilions response to COVID-19 at night time is horrible. Patrons are walking all over the place with some that are not wearing a mask while shopping inside. More floor signs/arrows and directions should be placed throughout the store. They also do not offer competitive pricing. The stuff is usually more expensive. For example: milk is always $1-2 more than Ralphs or Target (even when on "sale").
