New location, new personal experience, same amazing service. Really like the idea of booking a time and just having it to myself, Jennifer is amazing at making it an experience to come and enjoy the location. Really enjoyed my reading with Rachel as well. Overall a nice change of pace from rushing in to a store getting what I need then rushing out.

If there were more stars to give I would definitely give Jennifer all the stars!!! She's absolutely amazing and the shop is equally amazing! When you walk in you're welcomed by the serenity of the wonderful garden, the energy and atmosphere are so calming and safe! I've been a customer since finding Dual Crossroads in South Pasadena. There is always a great selection of beautiful jewelry, crystals, incense, candles and all the amenities you need. What are you waiting for?! Make that appointment and experience Dual Crossroads already!!!

**THIS REVIEW IS FOR SOUL PORTRAIT READING WITH SPANDA MAKT** As someone who has dealt with psychic hotlines, cold readings and just scammy duds when it comes to psychics/mediums I have to sing and shout Spanda's praises. I first met him August 2021 for our 1st reading. I showed up with questions and seeking direction about my path. I was completely blown away by what he said about me. There were personal details he brought up that no one else alive would know-- things not even my family or romantic partner would know. Those deep secretive details. I never felt judgment for mistakes or things I regret from my past that he picked up on. He had a wonderful bedside manner (? Lol is that what we'd call it?) and never made me uncomfortable. He was also gentle and caring when I had to stop to cry for a minute and compose myself when he connected to Loved Souls who have transitioned to the other side. I don't have much posted on my FB or IG besides lame memes and food pictures. After our session, I googled myself on several search engines to see if he could get my details from me or my sibling on FB. NOTHING he mentioned is online. It was so surreal and surprising to test his gift and see that he 100% did reach my Guides and Loved ones. Remember this: he is channeling what the Guides are letting him know. He's not a mind-reader nor can he change your future. Go with an open mind and heart and receive the messages he shares. The audio file is also great tool to listen to months later to see progress or pick up a reminder he gave you. I also recommend framing your soul portrait and coming back to it as a reminder of who you are and what's to come. Spanda's gift is real and I highly recommend him.

This place is amazing. Jennifer is so helpful and radiates such positivity. You can tell this shop has had so much love put into it. I highly recommend coming here. The garden is so refreshing and peaceful. I feel recharged and ready for the week!

Always a pleasure to go into the shop. Everything they have there makes you feel good inside. The crystals are a very large part of the store which is beautiful to see. The owner Jennifer is very knowledgeable about all the items she sells. For someone like me I like having that knowledge.

I had such a wonderful experience here! Jennifer was so welcoming and knowledgeable and fun! there was such a great energy in the store - it made me emotional! Everything was so beautiful and Jennifer took time to listen to what I was searching for, offer recommendations, teach me how to cleanse stones, and so much more! I also had my first reading ever with Rachel and she was so accurate! Rachel was wonderful and welcoming! I had such a special experience here and can't wait to come back highly recommend!

When you enter the purple door, you enter a truly special place. Then you meet Jennifer, who is like a professor of history! Jennifer was a sheer delight to meet, so helpful, and knowledgable. She has a strong focus on ethical practice and resourcing- you will not be misled or oversold. Just charmed :) If you want to build your practice, or have no idea what you're doing and need a place to start building a spiritual/mystical education- this is a glorious place to start. Will definitely be coming back and signing up for her classes. Lots of variety with very reasonable pricing for high quality goods and treasures! Truly I feel there is something for everyone.
