Yesterday there were three workers and they were out of nearly everything. Took us 30 minutes in line to place order. I got norovirus / food poisoning from lettuce carnitas bowl. Never again!

I’m leaving this review to publicly thank Celia who always has a great attitude and puts care and attention into every pick up order I have (multiple times per week). She’s makes the best meals that aren’t just slopped into the bowl. I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness.

It's Chipotle. You know what you're getting. So come here already. It's not too busy and eating on the outside patio is awesome. Old Towne Pasadena is just up the road. This can be your jumping off spot.

Food was missing from our bowl. We returned to have the missing items added. An employee by the name "Irving" was extremely rude and had horrible customer service skills. Chipotle shouldn't have employees working here who have an unprofessional attitude like Irving's.

First time here after a bad experience at a different Chipotle and I was blown away with the staff and food quality. The guy serving us was so sweet and even made short and sweet conversation and when I asked for extra rice etc. he was completely friendly. The staff here is excellent and they kept the protein fresh and you can taste the juiciness of the steak and my husband loved his carnitas burrito and the chips were fresh. They also give you a decent amount of protein. Parking a bit tough here as it has several other businesses there but if you are willing to park a but further, this is a great location to get some food.

Great chipotle. The manager Shay was a sweet heart and was super kind, as was the rest of the staff. I have to give the atmosphere 1 star because some lady was in there (not her first time) on her soap box giving the whole staff a hard time, including the staff member who was in the middle of ringing me up. This lady needs to be banned from this location, her presence destroys the dining atmosphere.

The South Pasadena location of Chipotle is average at best. They routinely get online orders wrong or are very sloppy in assembling the foods. The salad that’s prompting this review for me looked like I was eating someone’s picked over salad leftovers from a previous day. The lettuce was soggy and everything looked mixed around. Another meal in the same order was missing multiple components that were selected in the online ordering process. I can only recommend going into the store to order your food so you can witness the food being made.

I ordered a chicken bowl and it had no chicken in it. Clearly, the person heard me when I ordered because I always enunciate my orders. This person either has the short-term memory of a flea or basically messed up the order on purpose. His demeanor was that of a person who did not want to be working there.

Not surprised this place has 2 stars. Ruined my lunch break, there were only 3 people in line and I waited 20 min, the guy in front of me ordered a burrito and the worker wasn't going to warm up the tortilla until the guy noticed and told him. They gave me the smallest portions. I was waiting to get ringed up and the guy was charging me the wrong thing, putting my food in the wrong bag, and I asked him for ice for my soda since there was none out and he forgot until I asked him again he proceeded to tell me he has a memory of a goldfish. Ok... On top of that he fills up the cup with ice to the top almost tipping over, soda has no gas. Will never come here again. This place needs people that know what they are doing and will work efficiently. Save yourself the time and don't come here!

Oh my! Where to start. Or where not to start! Don't get me wrong, me loves my Chipotle! But this location is a you know what show! The employees seem nice! I'm a teacher, so I know if things are not managed right, there's issues! First, my order was given to me later than promised. Im usually ok with that, hey it's food restaurants are busy. Well, not the case here, the restaurant was empty! Heck the people ordering in person got their meals faster than the husb and I! I finally got my meal, no worries, I opened it, looked fine. I got a steak bowl btw. Well, that's what I ordered at least. I got lots of fat. The husb's barbacoa bowl looked worse. He had a big piece of fat, really gross. What's going on? Slow promise times and crappy food? I did get a free bowl when I let Pepper know about this, for the umpteenth time. I get fat often. I don't think we'll come back to this location, sorry. But we'll go to other locations, luckily Alhambra location is nearby.

I don't know what is happening at this location. The workers seem to be extremely disorganized. There were a bunch of people waiting for orders and no one was making ANY food in the prep area. When finally someone came out, I told them I'm waiting for an order. I then waited for another 5 minutes. Then someone else came out and said "Are you here for a order? I said "I'm waiting for my bowl." He then said, "I am making it right now." Mind you this is already 10 minutes past the scheduled pick up time in the app. There was barely no one in the store and yet they couldn't get their online orders prepared? The customers who were waiting with me were visibly upset as they had been waiting MUCH longer than me. When I peeked in and saw the prep area, it was a mess. The worker preparing my bowl suddenly disappeared and was gone. He then came back after another 5 minutes and started making my bowl. When I finally got my bowl (almost 20 minutes past already scheduled time) I opened the bowl up and saw chunks of fat instead of barbacoa. I complained in the app to Pepper but only got a BOGO. I should have gotten the bowl for free. To top it off, my husband also had a similar experience and equal long wait. He also had chunks of fat in his bowl. He complained too in the app and got a bowl for free. We are both long time Chipotle customers and app users and have been disappointed at this location. My husband and I have had prior problems of quality concerns with meat and cleanliness before at this location. If you look at the reviews here on Yelp, you will see identical concerns and complaints. One time I visited on a previous day and visibly saw employees having a gab fest, chatting it up and laughing while customers were waiting and visibly annoyed. Very odd. Whoever manages this location needs to read these reviews. It's one thing if only one or two complain about something but if many people here on Yelp are complaining about the same thing, something is definitely wrong. I hope corporate management reads these reviews and takes these complaints to consideration. I'll be going to the Alhambra location from now on.
