My family and I had the worst experience here. To be more specific, their employee Cindy behaved in a way only someone with OUT any morals, values or integrity would. We spend hundreds of dollars here and next door, and never have any of us ever been treated this way. People like Cindy do not belong in retail/customer service but there is a special place for people like Cindy. To the owner of this establishment, this employee is going to get you in serious trouble one day.

The staff was super nice and friendly. I Ioved the vibe there and thought it would be my new favorite place to shop. But when I looked up the items I bought on the manufacturers website I found out I paid $110 for an Effie's Heart skirt that is only $40 online.

Everyone that works at the store is awesome! My wedding is in a couple weeks and I have no worries at all. Sonia the seamstress does amazing work and has made my dress look even more amazing.

I drove from Simi Valley to Pasadena because a manufacturer's website said that Camille's carries its products. They did not. Nonetheless, Michelle took it upon herself to order what I needed directly from the manufacturer. Not only that, she had it shipped directly to my home so that I did not have to make the trip back to Camille's. The pants arrived today and they are exactly what I needed. Five star rating for customer service!

I have a bittersweet relationship with the Boutique. 10 years ago I was looking for a wedding dress for an August wedding. I found the perfect dress in this shop. I decided to look around a bit more. When I came back to the shop every single wedding dress was on sale except for the one I wanted to buy. The woman running the shop smiled snarkily/knowingly at me, certain that I'd simply get the stupid dress. The stress of preparing everything for the wedding put me in a mood that ensured I wouldn't go for such blatant extortion. I didn't get the dress. I wore an unconventional black dress instead. I've always regretted not having that dress for my wedding. And I've always thought the ladies who ran this shop were a greedy little bunch. Haven't been back. They do have beautiful things.

i have to start with...i hate to shop for clothes. nothing about it is fun to me. especially for an event pending and the pressure of needing the right dress for the occasion. malls make me anxious and irritable, and even more so if they are in glendale. today i walked into this shop in south pasadena and a nice woman greeted me with the usual 'let me know if i can help you find anything? my name is camille.' she was indeed the owner of the shop (for 18 years), and i instantly felt she wanted to help me find something i would love, and wasn't just looking for a sale. i briefly told her what i was looking for, and had one of the assistants (robin) in the shop start picking things out that i might like based off what else i was looking at. robin actually picked out a dress because she thought it would look good with my hair color, and as i put it on, i knew instantly it was the one i would end up getting. i can't tell you what a pleasure my experience was here, but i can imagine back in the day when ladies went shopping and the shops really took care of their customers, this is what it felt like. in the future if i need to shop for clothes i will just go here, and never again step foot in the glendale galleria.

I LOVE this store and that 3 stores are connected - all very elegant and artsy. I shopped here and a Rue de Mimo. I can't believe I have kept walking by these stores and am so glad I finally stopped in. Fashion forward, quality, and reasonably prices. I hate buying (and paying for) distinctive clothing that EVERYONE else is wearing. This store and their neighbors offer lovely elegant garments that you won't see on everyone else. I'm a fan!

Poor customer service. I won a silent auction package that included a dress from Camille. The dress was a size large (which I didn't know until after I won the bid), I am a size small. I went to the boutique to see if they had a smaller size, which they didn't. (The original price was about $100 and it was marked for sale at about $30.) I asked if I could exchange it -- even for the sale price of $30 -- and was told by Camille that that was not an option since she had donated the dress for the silent auction. She suggested I have it altered, which would have cost more than the value of the dress itself. I was disappointed at the poor customer service from the business owner. Had she given me the option to exchange the dress for the $30 sale price, I would have spent more than $30 in merchandise since most everything in the store is pretty pricey.

This is a place of excellent unique fashion for all your outgoing occasions. They are professional fashion coordinators. They had a beautiful unique dress and a veil for my daughters First Communion. She look beautiful for the occasion. My daughter was very happy. I highly recommend this place to be a very unique fashion store for your special occasions. Thank you.
