I bought 3 trinkets which were $5 each and a shirt which Peter the owner told me was $10 so it should've been $25 but he had someone ring me up and they said it was $44. I asked him how it was 44 when the owner told me the prices of everything and he said that it was taxes (btw the owner could hear this but did not say anything). $20 taxes?? Seems like a dishonest place that wants to hike prices up for no reason. I had to dispute this charge with my bank because they didn't do anything for me.

3rd Generation is my favorite place to buy antique and custom-made jewlery. The diamonds are real, not lab grown. The prices are great. I am always a satisfied customer and strongly Recommend 3rd generation for all your jewelry, Watches, necklaces, rings, and antique painting Clocks, etc. etc. You will enjoy the experience of a home feel establishment. You can't go wrong At 3rd Generation! Jimmy V.

I bought my husband’s 2nd wedding ring here. He lost the 1st one while snorkeling in Hawaii on our 31st anniversary. Shrinkage is real people! The loss made him sad and it took me years to find the 2nd one. I had a lot of help from Peter. He allowed me to trade some of my jewelry toward the purchase and provided freshly made biscotti every visit. I highly recommend 3rd Generation but bring your own coffee.

Had to get the two band pins replaced on my watch and the guy working today was super friendly and did a great job of fixing it! Like new, and we had good conversation during the 10 minutes it took to fix. Also, try the biscottis, they’re delicious! Thanks!

Floor to ceiling awesomeness in this great little antique shop! I came in for a watch repair and there was a great selection of collectible watches too! Great family run business!

I brought some items here to sell and was pleased with the interaction. Of course, as a seller, you always want the most for your items, but I had to keep in mind the other side, too. The antiques here are interesting and if you don't find something that piques your interest at the moment, at least there's biscotti!

I do not hand out bad reviews but this place is run by a man named Peter who un-apologetically stole a family heirloom watch and never made amends. I had purchased some items from the store (when it was at a previous location) and things had gone well. Peter was nice and over time gained my trust. When I finally had the money to fix a watch I was handed down from my dad, I brought Peter my grandfather's 1950's art deco two tone gold pocket watch to fix. Peter looked at it and asked for a $300 deposit to start the work. Over the course of several months I returned to ask about the progress and he said it was being fixed. Apparently, he had handed the watch to another watchmaker to fix and once the other guy went his separate way, he took the movement and never returned it. When I demanded the watch and deposit back, neither was returned. Peter moved in the mean time and I lost track of him for a while. When I found him again and asked about the watch, he had no idea what I was talking about. I still have the claim ticket and receipt for $300 but he said there was nothing he could do. Peter never returned the empty solid gold case, my $300 deposit or any part of the watch. He never tried to make it right. I went looking for the other guy and found him but he said that everything he was doing for Peter, was left with Peter. Nobody knew anything and the piece vanished. I have searched for a similar piece to replace the lost artifact and have never found another of these watches again. In my estimation, he took at least $2,000 of cash and valuables from me and never returned it. That is the type of behavior you are supporting when you enter his store. Do not trust the business owner. Once the store moved here, I now have to drive by a few times a week and I see the guy and it makes me angry that he can continue to do business. Pasadena police was unwilling to do anything when I reported it as theft because I handed the watch willingly to him. I did not have the time or energy to pursue the small claims court filing and in the end the only family heirloom we had left from my grandfather disappeared without a trace and Peter is absolutely responsible for the loss. The watch was a 3rd generation heriloom that was irreplaceable. Peter is untrustworthy and dishonest in my dealings with him. BEWARE.

This is a junk store that sells cookies. My wife and I bought a bag of biscotti. we both ate from the bag and ended up with food poisoning. Avoid this business!
